I gained admission to fleming college ontario,i have paid my first semester fee (6000 CAD) and i submitted my visa application and i was refused Visa.The situation on ground is that the statement of account available has about 1.5m in it and the other fund available is in my brothers account about 3m. i want to reapply for TRV for january 2016.
