Billionaires Everywhere. Billionaire always makes friends with Billionaires. There was a day I met a man. People said he was a Billionaire so when I saw him, I went to greet him and started a conversation with him. Though he looks simple and friendly and likes wearing just a shirt and shorts. You would never believe he is a Billionaires.
We started talking about Nigeria and I then I said "Sir, what can I do to be rich like you because I hear you are very rich". The man laughed so hard and said "He is not rich o...he is just like every other person"...I know he was just being modest.
Next thing he said was "You look serious o...you really want to know...well the thing is rich people don't behave like salary earners".
I was like "how do you mean Sir"?
He said you people love saving your money in the Bank. Rich people don't have savings. Infact they hardly save. THEY INVEST.
I was like..."INVEST"?
He said "Yes"?
According to him, Rich people are smart people who love investing their money in already thriving ventures to generate profit for them. Rich people don't save like normal people.
That was an eye opener for me.

After that encounter, I told myself I will work for an investment company to learn how to invest so oneday I can also invest myself.
Nigerians need to wake up.
Nigerians need to think Investment.
People are investing in already thriving ventures.
The hot cakes now are Agricultural Investment (Agrovest) and Real Estate Investment.

When you invest in Agriculture, you get 55% ROI (Profit) in months
When you invest in Real Estate, you get 45% ROI (Profit) IN months.
And these come with a Legal Deed of Agreement and a Post Dated cheque of your Capital and ROI.
Nigerians need to wake up to investment if they are planning to be wealthy.

There is a difference between Car and Ca. This is Ca. Hope there is AC inside because from what we are seeing from here, AC fit no dey work.
We are talking about Police Reform, this is a step but you can still do better...OK
The question now is Mr Governor, can u drive those cars yourself.
They should please reduce the money all these Governor’s, Senators, Ministers are making.
They are making money, venturing into several investments yet won't allow Nigerians to invest. They invest in Agriculture yet discourage Nigerians from venturing into Agriculture inorder to capitalise the sector for themselves...taking space.
Nigerians should wake up and make wealth first themselves.
Nigerians should think Agricultural Investment and Real Estate Investment. And I'm not taking about carrying cutlass or buying block to build house. Invest in already thriving Agricultural Investment and Real Estate Investment.

When you invest in Agriculture, you get 55% Profit in months
When you invest in Real Estate, you get 45% Profit in months.
And you get a LEGAL Deed of Agreement and a Post Dated cheque. Very legit.

I have a question. I don't have so much Intel on Nigerian Music Industry so I ask, which of his songs are reigning currently. I might have even heard his songs but might not know he is the one that sang it.

Meanwhile it would be best he used this time of his to invest the money he is making o. Money be like breeze. Today you get am. Nobody no tomorrow. We don't want to hear story o. Ask Tuface what has kept him rich till now.
The best investment now that Celebrities and Politicians are venturing in is Agriculture and Real Estate.

When you invest in Agriculture, you get 55% Profit in months
When you invest in Real Estate, you get 45% Profit in months

Buhari...Buhari...Buhari...Behaving as if he doesn't see what is happening in Nigeria. Behaving as if he doesn't hear what is happening in Nigeria. The worst part is can't the politicians the surround him advise him or is everything "YES SIR". As for that Lai Mohammed lipsrsealed
Its because these politicians have one thing in common...Wealth. The day I heard how much a Minister or Senators spends a day...I cried cry

Nigerians should wake up. These Politicians don't just make money from politics alone. They Invest. They search for legitimate investment ventures and they invest in them for profit generation. And the thing is they all invest in Agriculture and Real Estate.
They discourage you from venturing into Agriculture but secretly are investing in it. And I'm not talking about carrying cutlass or buying cement to build house o...No.

Why do people do these things All these diabolical ways to wealth. What's the point? For what? Why hurting people on your quest to wealth.

Instead of these men to look for legitimate ways to double their income, but no, impatience is the life. People now want fast and evil ways to wealth forgetting there are repercussions. Does it really last?

There are good ways of making money and one way is through Investment. The best are Real Estate Investment and Agricultural Investment (Agrovest).

NYSC / Re: NYSC: Meet ABU, The Shortest NYSC Corp Member Ever by hinere(m): 11:33am On Nov 19, 2020
Short and Confident.
Everything in life is Confidence.
But seriously ehn...NYSC Corpers should use this period to think of how to make more cash for their future.
Most of these NYSC Corpers have about N1m in their Bank Account just there lying fallow. No addition monthly.

I remember two NYSC Corpers girls I met one afternoon that had even more than that amount before their service year. I spoke to them about some investment options. They invested and after their one year service, they used the Capital and ROI to quickly travel to Europe after their service year.

Investments is the Key.
Saving money in the Bank will not add anything to your money after 12 months.
The first girl invested in Agriculture
The second girl lnvested in Real Estate.

When you invest in Agriculture, you get 55% Profit in 14 months
When you invest in Real Estate, you get 45% Profit in 12 months.
These two corper girls were very wise enough and took advantage of Investing in their future other than spending on clothes, shoes and makeup.

Politicians are the problem we have in this country. They acquire and still want to acquire more. God save us from them. This one now is doing INEC Investment

But one thing I know about Politicians is that they are Mad Investors. They invest their money to generate more money for them. Everything about them us INVESTMENT.

Politicians invest in Agriculture.
Politicians invest in Real Estate

And I'm not talking about carrying cutlass to enter one farm or buying block to build house...NO. They invest in already moving Farming and Real Estate Ventures.

Nigerians need to start thinking Investment
Nigerians need to start thinking Agricultural Investment
Nigerians need to start thinking Real Estate Investment.

This is because Nigerians can earn up to 55% Profit when they invest in Agriculture for 12 months and can earn up to 45% Profit when they invest in Real Estate for 12 months.

Politics / Re: Defection: Ebonyi Senators, Reps Disown Umahi by hinere(m): 7:16pm On Nov 18, 2020
All these Senators. I tire for them. Politicians, Ministers And Senators are the ones ruling and enjoying wealth yet they won't want you to know how they are making it in life.

I remember when I went for a Youth Career Conference back then in 2015 when I was in Unilag and Jimi Agbaje came and was telling Youths not to engage in Politics. He was just talking and talking discouraging us...see life yet he keeps contesting for Lagos State Governorship.

Well the truth I gathered from the Conference was that most Politicians are mad investors. They take the money in politics and do invest in Real Estate and Agriculture (Farming)...Yes...Farming.

They know Farming is a sector that has sustained Nigeria for years so they pump money into it to generate profit for them. They know most people won't engage in it so they invest in it and discourage everyone from it.

According to them, Man cannot do without Eating FOOD.

Men and Women need to wake up and think Wisely about investing in Agriculture and Real Estate. And am not taking about buying land, buying block to build house or carrying cutlass or hoe and enter one farm....NOO..NOO

I'm talking about Land Banking and investing in Food Production.

Do u know you can make up to 55% Return On Investment (Profit) when you invest in Farming after some Months?
Do u know you can make up to 45% Return On Investment (Profit) when you invest in Real Estate (Land Bank)?

Men and Women need to think Wisely.
Politicians don't keep money in the Bank because they know there won't be profit after 12 months.
They INVEST.

Lets think Investment.
Let think Wisley.
