Boss, was in a dream and in looked like armies were looking to get me and my fam. They already got my elder brother and in was dodging successfully but it now looked the roofs hiding me were becoming open.

In a second one, I saw one of my cars that I sold in the dream. I was walking on the road and saying "yes I still have my lovely car"

Dear Nairalanders,

There is this terrible back ache/pain that lies at the back central part of the chest. It moves from left to right behind( back of the chest)and radiates to the arms and neck.
Test shows H-pylori negative and an x- ray of the spine( 4 different positions) have been done awaiting result.

What could be the possible cause(s) please
