Hi Justwise,

I recently got a Job in the UK and will be coming home to apply for a tier 2 visa as i am on a visit visa. I have all the required documentation, only thing that concerns me is claiming points for English language. I do already have IELTS, problem is its expired (was taken for medical licensing exams). I was wondering if i can claim points with my University degree or O level English language results.

Is it better i retake the IELTS?

I'm currently in the Uk on a tourist visa(2yr). The thing is i need to switch to a business visitor visa. How do i go about this? do i have to come back home (Long thing) or can i apply through the home office here. I got offered a clinical Observer post and apparently i cnt do that on a tourist visa.

any advice you can give would be appreciated

The story

Before I changed the engine, I discovered that the car shaked violently when the ac was turned on and gets worse when the reverse gear is engaged. That I think started when I changed the AC compressor.

This continued with the new engine. Each time this happens, I noticed that the RPM goes close to 0. Mechanics have tried to raise the RPM but the sound continued.
One morning, I noticed that the sound and vibration was on even when the Ac was not on. NB, this sound disppears on top speed

One mechanic removed the rear sensor on the throttle body (what the mechanics called the injector mouth) and the vibration stopped for while stationary but the rpm was always high and driving was unplesant. I was advised to change the throttle body which i did. Vibration stopped momentarily and started all over again. I changed the throttle body again apparently because they had broken the knob that is used to rregulate the RPM.

Still no soilution.

I also changed the inner shaft cup that fits into the gearbox at one point.
Anyone has an idea what is going on? Any suggestions please?

I discovered that my two fans were connected directly so that both fans work on turning on the ignition. This has been rectified

Try checking your IAC(idle air control valve)
Get you air intake checked for leaks or just change. Change your airfilter.
If it still occurs u might wanna get ur fuel lines checked also.

The one I heard was a testimony in church about someone who swam in a river with his friends while in secondary school and contracted a nasty infection (even urinating blood). The infection remained untreatable for 12 years. Till he was divinely healed this year!

The thing is; these pathogens are becoming more virulent and are always morphing to survive and thrive in places they normally shouldn't. I won't be surprised that swimming pools are brimming with them, because they especially love moist and water.

I have been to swimming pools with my friends, but that was in the past before I knew what's up. Now, I don't think I'll try that again. Because now, I know the stuff that is out there and I'm not taking any chances anymore!
