A Nigerian man has shared photos of an alleged robber he accused of terrorizing their estate in Ogun State, in spite of the lockdown order over the Coronavirus pandemic. 

According to @iammotola, they called the police to come pick him up but they said their "cell is full'.

CAUGHT ONE IN OUR ESTATE THIS EVENING AND THE OTHER ONE ESCAPED....FACT BE TOLD; WE CALLED THE POLICE AND THEY SAID CELL IS FULL. THIS IS DISHEARTENING, WE’RE NOT SAFE !!!

A 22 year old student, Corrine Hinton, has spent at least $3,000 on mermaid costumes and learning how to swim with a fish-like fin so she can be a real-life mermaid after being inspired as a child to look like Disney princess Ariel.

After spending so much money to look like a mermaid she now appears so realistic that she is using her obsession to make money as a mermaid actor for children’s birthday parties.

Corrine’s passion for mermaids started when she visited Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida in 2005 at the age of seven, and met the red haired mermaid princess from the classic 1989 film.
Corrine, from Easton in Pennsylvania, who is a student of Environmental studies said: ‘I met Ariel when I was younger and that just sparked everything for me. ‘As soon as we met and I saw her in real life I knew what I wanted to do.

‘It felt like I was meeting a celebrity and from then on I wanted to be just like that person. ‘To date I’ve spent about $3,000 on costumes. My most expensive tail cost $1,000 on its own.

‘I suppose it is a double life that I lead and I am proud of it.

‘There’s a place called Dutch Springs nearby where lots of us meet up to swim, take photos and live for a while as a mermaid.’

Corrine added: ‘I just love the mystery of mermaids. Are you a fish or are you a person? ‘I like feeling mysterious and got obsessed very quickly.

‘I started taking it much more seriously when I was 18 and I bought a silicone tail that cost $800. ‘I also started making my own tops because it breaks the bank a little to keep paying for tails all the time.’

‘It all started when I was just practicing in a community pool and I got asked to perform at a party by a parent.

‘I ended up getting quite a few requests and now I just get people reaching out to me on Instagram. ‘When I go along we play water-based games and sometimes I’ll just swim in the pool whilst a party goes on. ‘It all depends what the parents want but wherever I can I try to teach kids about the environment and why it is important.’

I have sinned against man and against God I am just 22 years of age and an undergraduate in one of the state university in the south-west. About a month ago some boys came to our campus from Ghana. They were on a mission to recruit some girls into their porn industry.




I was promised heaven on earth and given 1million naira as an advance payment, he said we could make as much as two million each , I know this sounds strange but it is happening. Anyway, we were told it was just a normal straight scene.
On arrival, it was a different ball game as the act was with animals and pet dogs.
I felt betrayed but was persuaded by my friend to enter into a bargain with them.
They told us the video needed to be out as soon as possible and their foreign partners expected to see the clip in the shortest possible time.
They persuaded us and increased our money to N four million each. This was too tempting as we were paid in advance.
Well, we gave in to their demands and followed their instructions and got laid with the animals.
I left-back for Nigeria the next day. The worse aspect is we don’t even have an idea of the area we visited in Ghana.
Now all of a sudden I have strange illness it is as if am pregnant and I have not seen my period.
Could it be am pregnant for the dog. A friend of mine said they are Yahoo boys and not film producers. Please am even scared to visit the hospital. What am I going to say that I took in for a dog?

Three Men From Cross River State Police Command have arrested three suspected bank robbers who allegedly specialise in trailing and robbing bank customers after they make withdrawals.

Ambajay.com learnt that the suspects were arrested on Wednesday, March 18 when they attempted to rob a Bank customer on Calabar Road.

According to report, the victim raised alarm which drew the attention of the public and the suspects were eventually arrested by the police.

The state Commissioner of Police, Mr Nkereuwem Akpan while briefing journalists disclosed that operatives of the Anti-Cultism and Kidnapping Squad of the command arrested the suspects.

He added that they have confessed to the crime.

While narrating how they operate, Akpan revealed that the men stay close to banks, scoping people going in to carry out transactions or to use the ATM. After the unsuspecting customer is done withdrawing money from the ATM, the men will trail the customer and rob them.

One of the suspects identified as Ifeanyi Ebama said he was arrested after breaking the glass of his victim’s car in an attempt to steal the money the victim wrapped in a nylon bag.

However, the victim screamed and he was arrested alongside his accomplices who were waiting for him in their getaway car.

He added: “We normally park our vehicle close to the First Bank on Calabar Road and monitor customers, who come out with huge sums of money, either in nylon bags or big envelopes. We have been in the business for three months now. I want to beg the police to forgive us.”

The command recovered from the suspects a Toyota Sienna vehicle and a rod used in opening car doors and breaking glasses.

Akpan said the suspects will be charged to court once investigation is concluded.

Boniface, a resident of forest community of Riyom Local Government Area of Plateau State Isaac Boniface, a resident of forest community of Riyom Local Government Area of Plateau State, yesterday said he mistakenly raped a four-year-old girl in his compound.

The 20-year-old suspect was among the 25 suspects paraded by the Police in Plateau State for various criminal activities. He told our reporter that he knew the incident was a devilish act, but that “It was a mistake”, adding that he committed the offence one morning. The State Police Commissioner, Issac Akinmoyede told journalists that the suspect would be charged to court as soon as possible.

He explained that other suspects paraded include those arrested for kidnapping, armed robbery and gun running in the state. He added that a fraudster, who claimed to be making magic dollar, was among those arrested.

“The suspected fraudster was arrested following a report by one Shamsudeen Mohammed Hamza and two others of Bokkos town to Bokkos Divisional Police Headquarters that one Musa Isa ‘m’ of Richa village of Bokkos LGA deceitfully collected N2million from them with the promise of giving them ‘mercury’ which they will use in producing ‘American Dollars’.

“They also informed the Police that the said Isa (the suspect) used the mercury to produce one hundred dollar bill in their presence which convinced them to give him the money. After the money was given to him, the two buckets of liquid substance claiming to be mercury was handed over to them,” the CP said. He added that “On the strength of the information, the suspect was arrested by a team of operatives from Bokkos Division and when he was searched, one locally made pistol and fake five hundred dollar bills were recovered in his bag.”
