In an interview with Channels TV, the teenager said she used to live with her mother's sister in the village. However, she said that her father came to take her when she was 13 years.




"Since that 13 years, he has been sleeping with me up till now.




"He start like this, when I was sleeping, he romanced me. I was asking 'Ahn ahn. What is the problem?' He said that nothing, he just wants me to know that I am his daughter, that he's not going to do anything bad to me. I know said 'no problem, since it's like that.' We now played that time."

She adds: "The next day, I was not feeling fine so he used me."

She said that from then, he kept raping her whenever he wanted and whenever she refused, he would beat her up until she was too weak to scream.

She added: "And he did not used to give me chance for me to move and tell people 'see what is happening'. He normally threaten me."

She continued: "The times that his friends came to our house, maybe, suddenly, they do not go that day and they want to sleep, he'll ask me to go so that they will use me. If I refuse, he will beat me. But I allowed some people to use me, three of them."

"They've arrested him, at least I've have some peace now (sic), " she added.......

A noodles seller in Igwo community of Cross River has been hospitalized after she was hit by a stray bullet on Tuesday night, April 14, in Cross River state.

The woman was allegedly shot at by men of the Mopol 75 Squad of the Nigerian Police Force, Cross River Command.


The officers were trying to disperse the crowd during a face-off with women of Igwo community in Obudu local government area of the state.

The yet-to-be-identified noodles seller, who was present at the scene of the clash, is reportedly undergoing treatment in a medical facility in the state.

An eye witness told CrossRiverwatch that the police officers fired bullets and tear gas at the protesting women who stripped naked to express their displeasure.


"As at the time I left there around 9:30PM, the shooting continued and the Mopol had also fired tear gas with the women stripping bare," the eyewitness said.

Ushe Adie, another eyewitness at the scene said the protesting women threw stones into the compound shattering a windowpane and this caused police to begin shooting.

"The women were said to have thrown stones into the compound and shattered a window pane which some are saying really infuriated the Mopol men," Adie said.

According to reports, the women of the community were protesting a mass arrest by the mobile police which was followed by the alleged killing of a community head.

The women also alleged that the mobile police squad had razed the building of the Igwo clan head due to a land disagreement. 

The disagreements ensued over a purpoted payment of compensations by the state government for plots of land meant for the construction of a cargo airport in the community

MR.Yakubu Diko has been remanded in prison after he was accused of tricking the young girl into his home before raping her about three weeks ago.

Abiodun Essiet, a Special Adviser to the Chairman of Abuja Municipal Area council (AMAC), said Diko approached the playground where the girl was with her peers and chased everyone except the little girl, The ICIR reports.

He beckoned to the girl, pretending he wanted to send her on an errand.

When she followed him into the house, Diko allegedly squeezed a towel in the girl’s mouth, held her down and sexually abused her. He then warned her not to tell anyone what had happened.

Harjit Singh, an assistant sub-inspector with the Punjab Police, was patrolling outside a vegetable market in Patiala when seven men belonging to the Nihang Sikh warrior sect attacked him and his colleagues. 


Footage from the scene shows the terrifying moment a truck carrying the warriors rammed through the barricades before they came down from their vehicle and launched an attack with traditional Sikh blades.

A 22-year-old Nigerian man, suspected of choking and raping a woman in Budapest’s 7th district, originally came to Hungary to study.

A 22-year-old university student is being prosecuted for sexual violence after the Activity Control Center of the Budapest Police Headquarters received a report from a woman that she had been raped in her home, according to police.hu.

The woman told the detectives that she had met the man on a website which advertises sexual services. In the afternoon, at around 3 PM of April 11, the man went to her house, she asked for the money in advance, but after he refused to pay, she told him to go. The man did not leave the woman’s home; instead he started choking her, raped her, then fled the scene.

The police officers of the 7th district of Budapest started looking for the perpetrator immediately. They checked out the information the woman could provide about the man as well as footages from nearby security cameras.

This led them to identify the 22-year-old E. I. Joseph as the culprit. They arrested him in the 6th district the same day, at 6:40 PM. The police questioned the Nigerian student, who has a valid visa, with the well-founded suspicion of sexual violence. He denies committing the crime. He is now being held in custody.
