Hello friends, I'm really worried because I want to have my dream wedding which is impossible due to the church I attend & which the pastors will never allow to wed us outdoors.
I am also having the court wedding but I don't know if the court registrar will agree to wed us outside. I want to have a beach wedding. Can the court registrar in Nigeria agree to conduct the ceremony @ the beach? PLS HELP!!

The court registrars go out to wed people but I'm not sure they will agree to going to a beach. if they do, it will probably cost extra

Hi dear. To answer your first question, you could use Teal with a variety of colours; pink, yellow, champagne, silver, red, grey and coral are some options. I wrote a blog post on Teal if you are interested in reading it, I'll send you a link.
2. Of course you can use both a live band & DJ for your wedding. A lot of people do this. You could use a DJ (you need to give him your selected music) when the bridal party is entering and also during the first dance and a live band later during the dance, dance part or it could be the other way around. Remember its your wedding, so you are allowed to do something different from the norm.

I feel you should use a hall since June is rainy season. Halls might be expensive, but it is better to spend the money on the hall than having to run helter skelter because of the rain. You could look around your location for halls with average prices.

HOG18 has written well. a purple shoe for u & a yellow bouquet wt purple touch. for ur groom n his men, rushino wrote well. I prefer dark grey suit tho.. ur groom can use purple vest n bowtie/cummerbund since he doesnt like yellow while his men use regular ties wt som wearin yellow n others purple or if u can get a purple tie wt touch of yellow for d groomsmen, perfect.

Well said. I agree with the grey suit too, to me, its finer than a black suit.

Of course you can wear a purple heel and your bouquet could be purple and yellow. I think more of yellow than purple would be great for the bouquet. I hope this is helpful.

As to colour combinations, what colours do you like & then we could think up complementing colours. Though Teal or Coral are hot colours this year.
