Though I don't know what you installed on the device that led to that, the issue can be fixed by flashing the A11 factory- made firmware using "SP flashtool". The process will overwrite the corrupt Rom and wipe off whatever is responsible for the screen watermark.

That said, If you're based in Lagos, I can help you with the flashing if you can come to my place. If you're outside Lagos, you have to look for a computer engineer with the knowledge of "Rom flashing" to help you.

My personal comparison and opinion
Please note (I've handled the two phones)
Umidigi A11 pro max 8/128 vs Infinix Note 10 pro 8/128

Both run on Android 11 but the stock android on umidigi gives it an edge

The processor on the note 11 is supposed to be better on paper but handling the two phones, the umidigi is faster and runs more smoothly.

Camera, the umidigi is better

Display, the umidigi has better display

Battery, the Infinix is better in this aspect. The umidigi battery is actually very very good but the Infinix last longer

The Infinix cost way more than than the umidigi, the price difference is almost 50k.

In summary, umidigi phones are better

A7 pro
F2 till date and none developed any fault whatsoever.

I've bought for others too and there's no complain so I'm not invalidating your experience, I'm just saying as long as the good outweighs the bad, Umidigi is a good device to get

Good evening house, please I've a slight issue with my F2 and i don't know if others are facing the same too.
When plugged it, normally it fast charge and notify me that the temperature of the phone is high and i should unplug from the phone. I'll unplug and plug again and at times if i don't unplug for a while, it'll go off by itself.
But now, immediately i plug in and it brings that notification (the phone temperature is high and should unplug) the phone will go off immediately. It does that everytime now and it only stops when the phone is above 60-70%.
How do I resolve this?? Someone should help me out.

I noticed something, the charger brick is 18w as specified by Umidigi so i used a lesser charging brick and it's charging normal and didn't go off. But the charging time Increased to 2hrs+ but the 18w charges in 1hr30 mins or less
