Lady G, my step brother(not blood related) invited me for his white coat ceremony last year, he has green card but i couldn't fill i have a relative or an immediate with green card since we arent blood related. I'm married with no issue yet, have been to Dubai and Ghana, i was refused, i asked the vo why he didnt say anything.

Now my sister that am immediate to just got her green card and she and her husband(citizen ) wants to invite me for their church wedding, my questions

1. Do i state i have an immediate with green card in my Ds-160 contrary to my previous form where i said no?

2. Do you suggest i apply with my wife with a bank statement around 5m? i applied alone when my step brother invited me.

3. My father is willing to sponsor my trip this time around.
