They said he’s too old, but other candidates that are youthful aren’t even consulting vigorously the way he’s doing. I guess they’re all expected the presidency post to be handed over to them while they sleeping on bed, in the name of consensus.

Imagine a candidate that comes out through consensus, wouldn’t the people that offer them such power expect something in return? Thereby caging and taking us back to when the cabal was dictating to Jonathan. And when they couldn’t control him again, they turn Nigeria upside down for him.

The same fate lies any candidate northerners should foist on us through consensus. If they’re not in power, they always still want a total control, which is why they’ll try to foist a southern candidate they can easily control on us. Should such individual refuse to do their biddings, the mete out the same treatment they meted out on Jonathan on such person.

This is why we need someone of Obasanjo caliber. Strong enough to step on toes with connection within and outside the country.

Only Tinubu fits in this description, he’s powerful and strong. Has resources, both in human and Finance.

Southerners needs to wake up!

According to a WhatsApp user, some strange people were spotted on bikes entering and gathering in a bush around Gospel, Aroro-makinde side for Ibadan.

At this point, we don't know whether this is true or not, but staying at alert can never be a mistake in this trying times. So I implore anyone with direct contact of security agents in oyo stay to please alert them. We can't afford to get laxed and allow what happened in igangan happen in Ibadan again.

Security agents should please verify abducted put the situation in control.

Hello house,

I'm in a conundrum and i really need quite a very good OT ASAP.

This girl's actually my course mate. I have been seeing her for quite a while now IN Class but we never for once talked. So About 2 weeks ago while on holiday, i stumbled on her on a faculty group and i copied her number straight up. Without wasting much time we started talking. Our rapport has grown really fast that immediately we resumed she was looking all round for me. Now we've finally met and we talk on phone in class all the time. Although i do the calling in most cases. She does so too but it's always once in a while.

So today i decided to die once and for all and told her how much i love and care about her. Her response was that she understand my predicament (which means she understand what i want) only that she's in a relationship.. I was expecting that actually, but immediately she said that, i went dumb and clueless. I don't know how else to play my game. All these talkings were done on phone just now, all i was able to mumble was that I'll like to see her in person and talk about it. Even when i get to see her one on one, that she's in a relationship is already a conundrum to me, anybody here to help solving this conundrum ?

My Lil cousin change his course from Geology to Geography and Environmental Management. On the caps portals,it's showing Geology. He asked around and people told him it'll reflect on unilorin's portal not jamb's cuz the changes were made on the school website.Now,my question is how'll they give him admission to studied the course he changed to since Geology is still boldly on the caps portal....he's brooding over that for days,guess i'll get some answers here. I mean what's the fate of those who changed course?NB: It was Unilorin that suggested he should change course.

I don't think there's any issue on change of course so far unilorin will be the one to propose a name for admission to jamb. Jamb is only to supervise the qualifications of such candidate before stamping such admission. So panic not.

If he had picked UI and had that exact score, he would probably have the same thing on jamb portal by now, because he beat their cut off.
So you see, the indigene card is useless here. He merited it.

After series of meeting done by the University Senate and of course the one held today on the issue of graduating list and way forward to admitting candidates this year and possible modalities to be adopted, A reliable source confirmed to us that the *University Management will not admit candidates who have scored less than 50% in the recently conducted Post UTME Exercise*.

As far as we are concerned, Candidates who have scored 50% and above are those in the race for the 2017 Admissions. UNILORIN 2017 DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES WOULD WRITE AN APTITUDE TEST

Direct information reaching us this morning from appropriate quarters has it that Direct Entry Candidates who has picked University of Ilorin as their first choice would write a school based aptitude test which will span through the Use of English and other core subjects based on Candidates discipline /choice of course.

Candidates are to note that the general entry requirements for admission into the University will be based on Merits and only candidates who has distinction or second class upper should apply, Two passes at the IJMB and JUPEB Advanced level Examination, passes in the two major subjects in the NCE with S.S.C.E, Also, minimum of lower credit grades in National Diploma including the O'level requirements will be accepted for just few courses

I really can't recollect the cut off mark for EE last year, but your olevel Is very OK and your jamb score too. Just keep your finger crossed till the screening form is out.

I think the news isn't really tho because ui cannot decide bow that they want to change back to post UTME when other schools are almost if not already done with screening, I heard kwara state uni had even released 1st list so why would ui just wake up and say they want to conduct a post UTME. Plus they can't tell me it's based on students performance saying not more than half students are performing well because if that's the case, you should go and see unilag students results and come back with testimonies. I know a lot of people in this group had read there butts out to secure a good UTME score and so on and a lot of people on this group should be above average. Plus ui has not even finished conducting their exams for 1st semester exams, so it's definitely not about students performance, what do you think? Also am not saying post UTME is a bad idea but if be the case, I have sha secured my admission there. Cc thehistorian Rursh engrbello CondomSir Ajet001 and others

Don't forget that OOU is conducting test for her applicants this month too. Jamb and FG can't do anything about that. And about Unilag, you can't be so sure now. Besides, post ume is better than this blind admission of point system.

Hopefully other top universities will follow suit. ]
