Go and collect it o. My screen had problem then, I took it to their customer care in Abuja, Bannex. I was still under warranty. My screen was changed instantly there and then. The other boys in the shop wanted to collect money from me. I shouted and maintain my ground that I bought the phone there(at Bannex) and moreover, the phone didn't fall out of my fall. So, I didn't pay them kobo and the main engineer guy say I should go

Ntel is actually wack... Did their unlimited night sub and I managed to use 13gb ... Got around 1-1.9mbps but it wasn't stable like that even with the D.N.S...
Sometimes the speed will just go as low as 0.0kbps and rise after some seconds

yeah. true talk. especially around 5am the networks starts operating traffic light style. red, yellow then green. browse a little and stop again. very frustrating
