The second was the sudden introduction of a large Levantine population into Spain; and Spain was divided into junds (military districts), each one settled by its corresponding Berber or Arab regiment (the Arabs, who won, got the best parts).

Eventually, al’ Andalus would be the ground for the emergence of new ethnic groups, such as the Mozarabs, Christians who had adopted the usage of Arabic in their liturgy and everyday lives, and the Muladies, who were Moslems partly of Arab or Berber descent. The Berbers and Arabs, although universally called Moors by Christian writers outside of al’ Andalus, were distinct peoples within Spanish society.

you don't know what you are saying read up about the history of the bible both old and new.
The old testament especially was well preserved, the scripture you quoted was a translation of the Hebrew Bible.
