"The wicked", is used, in much of the Psalms to refer to unbelievers aka those of the Gentile world outside of the Jewish Nation.

By the way, there is no evil character called Lucifer in scripture. The one who is instead noted as the bright morning star is Jesus Christ Himself- Revelations 22 vs 16

DEATH means state of inactivity.
HELL means Grave where dead people are kept.
LAKE OF FIRE means total destruction.

That's why God promised to swallow up DEATH forever {Isaiah 25:8} of course lake of fire is not inside God's stomach nah!

God only created a pair and empowered them to procreate through birth so God didn't intend creating children for evildoers with the prospect of destroying them, NO! The power has been given to man to continue with procreation.
According to the Bible God doesn't know any of us because we are products of the evildoers (Adam and Eve) that's why Jesus looked at us as walking corpse {Matt 8:22} He (God) out of His infinite mercy only decided to rescue obedient ones produced by those evildoers that's why He sent out His angels throughout the earth to search for whoever is willing to do good {2Chronicles 16:9} so that such a person may be remembered during the resurrection of the dead.
So even if such ones don't know God's righteous standard they will be part of those resurrected as worthy but unrighteous ones {Act 24:15} because they never knew God's righteousness they only lived by conscience! Romans 2:15

But as for all descendants of Adam who totally rendered their conscience dead they will be forgotten after their death in their graves forever! Psalms 9:17
