South south and south east has 11 states any candidate that cannot get 25% in all of these state will get us closer to a re-run. Any candidate that can pick all of the south south ,south east and any region from the other three will just need 25% of the total votes cast in the remaining two region to win this elections. He has no option especially after we use peace accord tie for him neck. Watch it when results are released by INEC declaring GEJ as winner, GMB will be among the first set of people to congratulate GEJ just to exxonorate himself from any violent that might pop up.
