Am not condemning them but they should try help produce lasting quality products for us so that people can have extra confidence in their products like generator

Am sorry to say this. But more of what those people produce spoils so quickly. Even up to toys our children plays with, it's apology. Just assembling those toys alone, it's either broken or faulty before use

This issue of fake KVA seriously needs to be addressed cos alot of gadgets are damaged due to this deliberate mechanical fault

I almost fell mugu when I went alone,the idiot ate my 1k that I dropped for 1 liter cos my instincts kept bugging. Till I went to another store few days later equipped with 2 diff gen mechanics. You can use Sumec Firman spare parts if you don't see Tec spare parts. Most generator brands use same parts as far as the kva is corresponding

But I don't know if Tec has an authorised workshop for repairing their generators so that original spare parts could be used and expertise can handle

Getting original Tec is very accessible too because they have authorised show rooms unlike some brands, one can just get anywhere at every generator shops

Though am in love with Thermocool Generator, but this might make me have a re-think has to also patronizing Sumec Firman Generator. The service centre been accessible and getting spare parts directly from there is quite a Top notch.

Interestingly, this can't happen with Sumec Firman spare parts cos you can check if the spare part is original by sending the 16 digit code on the spare part to a number which will confirm if its original or fake.
