AndrewTate: Shut up your leaking brain. Did she know why she was called? Did she come? Did she even give any previous explanation before that 10pm? How inconsiderate can you be to allow him prep the air till it was time and then turn him down? This guy is not totally in the right based on not considering her safety. But playing the “value of a woman body” card is a dumb contribution from a man like you. He knows his wrong and stated it. He feels guilty about his action but you all are turning your eyes away from the ill habit of ladies to men these days. You train a lady to believe that everything is free. Even the sacrifices of men are not appreciated. You can't talk about that but you can keep faulting a man with a single wrong. If her decision was not stupid ask your sister to do it. 2 Likes |

Health / Re: Anti-malarial Medicine Blocked My Hearing by horia: 10:58pm On Dec 23, 2023 |
Whizzdom: I understand why people don't want the whole hospital thing. but I also know you're aware that it's important so let's just leave that out, and focus on other things you can help yourself with. 1. Protect your ears around loud sounds 2. Go to a known pharmacy around you and ask to see a pharmacist, and talk to them. They may recommend a different drug for you so that you can discontinue this one. 3. If this is the first time you're taking A/L during working days. It could mean that you are extra sensitive to the drug. If it is not, talk to the pharmacist about it. 4. Eat and rest well. Ask for any affordable vitamins you can take too. And take your drugs with food. If it persists after the period the pharmacist gave to you, you will be referred to a hospital. I think this is an easier way to go about it. I wish you a fast recovery Wisdom |
Health / Re: Anti-malarial Medicine Blocked My Hearing by horia: 5:46pm On Dec 23, 2023 |
Whizzdom: Hi Wisdom, Good Evening. The bulk of research work may show that Artemether/Lumefantrine combination is free from the side effects of hearing loss, and the common drug that causes this is Quinine but a few studies have shown Artemether/Lumefantrine to also cause a loss of hearing. It is quite different from the way quinine causes its own and may only occur in a few persons. It may be triggered by extreme sounds and it is reversible. Your antimalarial dose was normal for an adult. There are single tablets with the same strength too. You take them if you don’t want too many tablets. Your flu drug contains something that can make you feel sleepy and it’s not suitable for you to take it during working hours because you are operating machines. Lastly, you should 1. When you are taking medications try to give yourself time to recover before you fully expose yourself to any harsh environment. 2. please get trusted brands of medicines at trusted Locations to avoid unnecessary wahala 3. See a doctor to make sure everything is okay. 2 Likes |

complexstuffs: Do you know the duties of HR in a company, and what they do to underperforming employees? Somehow you think everyone who gets this does it by corruption. Or maybe you think employers only search for people with the best qualifications since they don't know how to spot good potential. We are talking about experts here brother. They are experts. The man up there had good potential but could not even see it. He was humble enough to admit his inexperience and dedicated enough attention to his role to allow growth. Come to think of it, how many persons remember their dreams or understand them enough to apply them in real life? How many people even get productive dreams? Do you think any mind who gets this opportunity will scale through without the management noticing inadequacies? Do you think the management is dumb? To the OP who by God's grace was able to contribute sufficiently to the company and also had a significant self-development in his career, Congratulations brother And please congratulate him too 2 Likes 1 Share |

Neddstark: Your analysis is direct and really expressive. I think you’re almost intelligent. Maybe if you also tried to analyze why a large number of persons would make a similar decision your thought pattern would experience a breakthrough.
