Politics / Re: SE/SS Senate Presidency Will Be APC's biggest Political mistake - Adamu Garba by Hospitable: 5:21am On Apr 26, 2023
Se or ss is thesame. We are all brothers. Eastern region. Don't allow anybody to use sp to divide us. Even the VP, I hard he isn't Hausa nor Fulani but the most important thing is that he is from the North. We should see every appointment from both ss or se as ours. Thanks

The kind of personalities GEJ worked with were actually the problem. Imagine your former minister coming out to say this. As a president, you are not the only person he's listening to. You where able to convince him for the confab because you had a better argument. The implementation aspect, probably, someone had a better argument. No matter what, you stick to your boss. If it's easy, appoint your self a minister. GEJ worked with very disloyal set of beings. Do you even know the number of fabulous ideas that were never implemented in any govt? I can't imagine this.

[This is the dumbest thing i am hearing. Tell me between the other two persons that have governed imo state, who has perform better than rochas. Is only those who are not in imo state during ohakim era will have the gods to critises rochas.quote author=eyeview post=81740133]

During the campaign, any candidate who didn't promise to recover the state's properties from Rochas and greedy family members were considered as unserious by IMO people. Rochas is even thanking God that Ararume of Apga or Hope Uzodinma of APC isn't governor cos by now he would have been in hiding. Ihedioha is a gentleman and more accommodating than those ones [/quote]

Those who are criticising rochas today are those who were not in IMO when Ohakim was IMO state Governor.
B2mario:
my brother, Okorocha still remain the most respected and valued politician in Imo state. Go to Imo state and confirm it. His opposition is using media to tarnish him outside Imo state while the real people in Imo still love and cherish him. Time shall tell. Check the crowd that welcomed him and also see the crowd fighting for him.

This government think that they are fighting Rochas while indirectly showing that Rochas touched all the sector of Imo state.
-He created 20,000 jobs under youths must work which is under investigation under this government while 3,000 employed in 2018 have already been sacked leaving 2016 and 2017.
- He created 6 new universities, and 4 polytechnics and colleges which ihedioha closed 7 leaving only 3.
- He built more than 32 hospitals which the present government has refused to equip the ones he couldn't equip.
- He gave amnesty to cult boys terrorising Ohaji-egbema axis so as to enable outright security in the state. But Mr. Property recover has threatened to remove the policy.
- He gave free education to all levels, which rumor has it that the present governor is planning to terminate it.
- During his time, he gave appointments to virgin politicians empowering new people while this present governor is bringing back the old thieves in Imo state.
- Markets in the major cities and rural communities took new and good shape under him.
- He gave free school uniform to Imo school children.
- He built 2 new stadia in Orlu and Okigwe.
- He did urban renewal in Owerri, Orlu and Okigwe.
- He created so many roads in Imo state.
- He refurbished Imo international cargo airport, built state of art federal high court and prison headquarter which are federal government projects according to the present governor. But should a good governor allow his state to decay just because some projects belongs to federal government?

The list is endless. He built international conference center, trade and investment center, palace of Imo traditional rulers in Owerri. The wife empowered youths and built houses for widows.

More drama is going from Imo state if the present governor continue the way he is going. Let he start work and leave Rochas and his family alone. Imo state is a mess now while other state governors have gone far with the development of their state.

My brother, they simply need something from him. Is it today efcc started sealing politicians property? Time shall tell. I will simply advice the governor to follow the foot step of fayeme, who upon entry as governor promised not to commit any time probing fayose rather, concentrate on delivery dividends of democracy to his people. We all can see the result today.
asha80:
well efcc sealed his properties in imo..cant say ihedioha controls efcc..also the minister chosen from imo state isnt an ally to rochas ..in fact he is a well know enemy of rochas..simply means rochas isnt in good terms with abuja either

My brother, there is no single gain in what the governor is doing. If you doubt me ask wike about his probe of amaechi, fayose about his probe of fayeme. The governor is just waisting his own time. More over, okorocha is still in APC, the party in aso rock, there is absolutely nothing you can do to him now.
