Let the truth be told. Even a brand new samsung or iphone or any high end phone can have a factory fault.

The best thing in naija is to test what u buy right infront of the seller and confirm that d basic features work as expected.

Most shops just sell d devices. after buying and there are issues, u are supposed to go to d manufacturers support center to claim warranty( not the shop,cos they will tell u d warranty is from d device manufacturers, not sellers warranty).

So it was actually tecno's fault for not attending to u

ayobami52: you dont need root asses for this action....but some app cant be moved to memory card..like facebook,watsapp and the likes...if the app can be moved,you will see moved to memory.

twicenoni: the work of this pad is madt mehn i never regret of selling my laptop to get this pad mini. the day i bought it i bought wirless keyboard with it and OTG cable but i bought the wrong one coz the otg output was usb instead of HDMI so am look out for the one with HDMI output
