OGA am interested o, only issue is that I really wouldn't know if the aforementioned Land has been cleared of trees. I honestly no go get budget for bulldozers for clearing; aside this am willing to take more than the minimum.

Not all the area are filled with trees. You may only have a little clearing to do.
