When the motive is on a short term basis, there is every tendency for the project to fail especially when you are new in it. A lot of people also invest in agriculture just because of the heard or perceived high demand for a product or the huge market price. They entered the trade with a poor understanding of the input-output analysis and this has been the number one agent of failure on most farms.
Most successful economies or businesses were built on partnerships and third party investments. Your name doesn’t have to be on the door before you maximize a system or industry. Failure comes from misguided confidence fueled by ego of wanting to pioneer a project which one lack the capacity to manage.
