concerning the land to be leased, if i lease it from you, hope there will be no disturbance all through the time i would be using d land? Secondly, for irrigation purposes, does the rivers around still flow during dry season or if not, will i be permited to dig a well on the land. Are there easy access to tractors, plough, human labour in that location at a fee? it is best to know so I can be prepared as I plan to venture into agriculture full time very soon.

The farmland is dispute free, there is easy access to tractors and manual labourers are also available.
The river around as not so dependable in dry seasons.
