Under the Apartheid convention or the Rome ICC Statute which Palestine acceded to, Inhumane conditions are "forcible transfer, expropriation of landed property, creation of separate reserves and ghettos, and denial of the right to leave and to return to one's country or the right to a nationality.”

Under international law if an occupying force imposes security restrictions on citizens, it is also duty bound on the long term to do so in a manner that does not abuse the fundamental human rights of such people. This, my friend is what Israel has abused for decades on the long term.

Egypt is not an occupying force and can restrict flow of human traffic through its borders without breaking international law.

There are several debatable reasons why Egypt has to keep this restriction in place and if you are conversant with international politics you will understand them. I give you one quote from Egyptian President Sisi. "The Palestinian struggle is the cause of all Arabs, It is important that the Palestinian people remain steadfast and present on their land.”

You say 'fibble minds'? I guess you are more versed on International law and human rights than the hundreds of experts at Human rights watch and other Human rights organisations that have declared Palestine an open air prison. Well done.

Palestine don't want any country. Hamas have stated and acted in so many ways to suggest they are just another armed wing if Iran. They have no responsibility for Palestinians.

They are created to kill Jews all over the world. Their scope is beyond Israel...it's in the chatter that they would look for all Jews all over the world and kill them.

These are the people leading Palestinians. These are like lions who can't stay among men, they need to be caged. And Palestinians support them, that's why they are both in your open air prison.

Hamas doesn't want any country..they are Iranian fighters not Palestinians protector

grin US-British Strikes Waste Critically Scarce Munitions on Futile (Stated) Objective
The US-UK all but fought Yemen itself through Saudi Arabia - selecting targets, arming and maintaining warplanes, through the provision of ground weapons, and even through deploying special operations forces on the ground inside Yemen since 2015.
It did nothing to discourage forces inside Yemen fighting for independence. They are better armed today and more experienced than ever before.
Squandering Scarce Munitions...
A few additional air and missile strikes will make little difference. Even the prospect of a larger ground campaign will make little difference unless it is on a scale so far unseen.
Thus, the US-UK are expending critically short munitions they will need for all the other wars they are provoking around the globe, on a battle they have long since demonstrated they cannot win.
Toward a Wider Regional War (Unstated Objectives)
It is, however, a dangerous escalation regionally - stemming from the US-sponsored Israeli operation in Gaza - and specifically seeking to draw Iran, Syria, Yemen, and Lebanon into the fighting allowing the US to reassert itself in the region or at a minimum, burn the region to the ground if it cannot.
We see the futility and self-destructive nature of US foreign policy in Europe, but it hasn't stopped Washington from trying anyway, and it won't in the Middle East either

You people are just pushing the Houthis to further destruction.
We know the US is ruthless and they have the military and economy to back it up and have the allies.

There is no way blocking the Red sea would have forced the end of the war in Israel, very obvious.

Ukraine is fighting Russia, the US/Allies vs Houthis is just unfair and would result in a one sided bloodbath.

The Houthis would retaliate against who? the US/allies? in any event of escalation Yemen would suffer greatly. like the Americans would say, the gloves are off. they won't be playing safe again.

And Iran actively trying not to be involved directly isn't foolish on their path. They understand the power difference in any direct conflict. Russia is occupied in Ukraine and China has economic problems of their own, they have no trusted allies.

I wonder why you think the Houthis vs US/Allies is bravery.

You forgot one fact about Iran.

Iraninains are waiting for the opportunity to pounce on the Iranian ayatollahs. Air strikes on ayatollahs will embolden Iranians to activate.

Ayatollahs are aware of this.. that’s why they don’t want war on their own soil.

Any war on iraninain soil is the end of iran regime…Iranians are waiting.. they are tired of oppression

Is it difficult for you to reason? Dont you know that in war; casualties are bound to happen both human and infrastructures.

Besides, Hama's use civilians as human shields. They hide among them and to remove the enemy, you need to strike civilians who arent ready to evacuate thinking Israel can't make real their threat

Don't you hear about civilians killed, in Ukraine when Russia siezed the cities.

This idiot thought it was gonna be easy, how won't militant groups against Israel in Gaza grow when the Israelis have caged the Gaza for decades now, they have turned the people (Palestinians) whose nation name and passports that they used to possess (Palestine passport and name) into a stateless people post world war 2, Israel have tortured, killed and displaced the Palestinians from their homes since 1948 because the white supremacists of the world supports them and yet they want the Palestinians to lay down and take all these atrocities against them with fighting back, who does that, they (Israel) call themselves GODs own nation and always quote events that occured 1 million or so years ago to justify their crimes against humanity and the sad and funny part is that all the new founders of modern day Israel are atheist and known Christian haters and yet it is the Christians of former slave colonies like Nigeria and co that constantly scream their support the most.the world has woken up and will continue to call out Israel for their war crimes

It does not matter if the founder of Israel are Baba-Alawode’…God can use anybody. He can even use dry bone for his work. What matters is Israel stands.

We Christian’s are expected to pray for Israel even if the Jews there are the fake Jews. It’s our holy land.

You can go to hell if you don’t like Christian’s.

Israel gave Gaza back to Egypt, they rejected it…egypt later built a wall to fence gaza out.

Israel gave Palestine their country 4 times, they rejected it. One of their leaders was boasting that Palestinian country means nothing to them, what matters is the elimination of Jews from the Middle East.

You need your brain checked if these people are who you are supporting

The UN is useless and it serves no purpose whatsoever.

The 5 permanent members will always veto whatever decision that is not in their interest and as such stop actions even if all other members voted against them.

That was how Russia vetoed the Ukraine annexation annexation in 2022.

The Big dogs China, Russia, France, UK and USA have the world by the horn in UN.

The UN behaved arrogant by not passing a resolution to condemn what Hamas did on October 7.

They rendered themselves illegitimate and incapable of conflict resolution by that stupid move.

Why is the UN afraid of Hamas? Or is Hamas bribing UN officials? UN itself needs investigation.

Two people are fighting, you are holding one down. That's not how a true peacemaker resolve fight.

On a final note, UN does not have any constitutional power to stop any country to stop defend itself. After all Putin is not facing any international criminal court, therefore netanyahu cannot face the same.

Politics / Unveiling The Layers Of Palestine Conflict: A Historical Narrative by hotwax: 8:56am On Dec 07, 2023
Beyond the headlines of Israel versus Palestine lies a narrative rooted in the evolution of religious beliefs, strategically woven during a pivotal era in history. This exploration, intended for educational purposes, delves into the nuanced origins of the conflict, transcending mere geopolitical boundaries.

As a student of the Qur'an, I seize this opportunity to illuminate the complex layers of the strife for those unfamiliar with its profound history.

The genesis of this conflict can be traced back to a time when Prophet Mohammed was meticulously crafting his nascent religion. Faced with a resistant Arab population entrenched in Judaism, Mohammed recognized the need for strategic maneuvering. His approach was astute – direct his efforts towards the Jews, reasoning that once they embraced his teachings, the broader Arab community would inevitably follow suit.

Mohammed's initial overtures in the Quran aligned with the Bible and Torah, emphasizing the perfection of the gospel and venerating figures such as Holy Mary. He boldly proclaimed his mission as a reaffirmation of the gospel, highlighting the chosen status of the children of Israel and designating Christians and Jews as the "people of the book."

His journey led him to Medina, a thriving Jewish city analogous to modern-day New York or Dubai. With great anticipation, he presented his work to the Jewish rabbis residing there. However, the reception was far from what he expected – rejection, rebuke, and accusations of being a false prophet as prophesied in the Torah.

This pivotal moment was a turning point, as Mohammed's reliance on Jewish validation crumbled. The same people who had rejected their own brother, Jesus, now rejected an Arab messenger. The inherent racism within Jewish culture, even acknowledged in the Torah, cast a shadow over Mohammed's aspirations.

The subsequent chapters of the Quran mirrored this disappointment, transforming into a vehemence against Christians and Jews. Condemnations to death and directives for followers to engage in violence emerged, marking a departure from the earlier conciliatory tone.

In response, Mohammed shed the visage of a prophet and assumed a militant stance. Jihad was declared, setting the stage for a conflict that would echo through history.

This narrative unravels the intricate threads woven into the fabric of the Gaza conflict, revealing a saga shaped by strategic moves, cultural nuances, and the complexities of religious evolution.
