You reserve the right to choose any PFA of your choose while completing the form for pension remittance. After the lumpsum payment. Further payments is subject to the balance in your RSA, the investment model of your choice and payments period agreed monthly, quarterly or yearly.

As for the first payment (lumpsum) which is subject to the issuance of bond in case of most government workers, subsequent payment delay is purely and solely from your PFA which is most cases administrative. And most workers were to be blame for this. Because you are start the processing at least three months before your retirement date.

My question is, did Delete Farotimi defame Nigerian judiciary or Afe Babalola? I think something is not clear here, if Farotimi was accused of such defamation, doesn't it warrant being detained beyond the stipulated 24 hrs of detention? I supposed this is a civil matter and he has not shown some tendencies of disobeying court rulings. I don't think detaining him up until now is ideal.

Don't you think what Faromoti wrote can lead to disruption of peace, and public disturbances. If he had proof of those allegations against Afe Babalola and the Justices of the Supreme Court the best thing for him to do as an apostle in the temple of justice is to formally write a petition to the NJC the LDPC and he can make the petition public if he feel the need to do those. But trying to destroy the core of values of public trust in the rule of laws and the Justice system of the nation is big crime against the State.
