sonnie10: If you have never driven to Calabar, you won’t understand how insensitive and wasteful this project is. There is an existing road from calabar to Ikot ekpene which is a death trap now. It takes almost 3-4 hour to drive the whole distance. A journey that used to be 45 mins maximum. In fact, In the early 80s that road , a federal road was well maintained and nick named “uyo by Air” because of how cars were speeding on that road. Why do they need another expensive road when the old one cannot even be repaired. From the Ikot ekpene end to Aba was another 20 mins., Then to Owerri before you drive straight to Onitsha. In all it took just 3- 4 hours then. Onitsha to Lagos through Benin express is less than 6 hour We have not forgotten about the much awaited super highway from Benue through Ogoja to Calabar which is yet to see the light of the day . This was Buharis campaign promise to the people of Cross River State. Till today nothing. And here we go again. If they serious about this coastal highway, why not start it from the Calabar end? Or even from both ends to be fair, So that at the end his administration he won't be able to point to a project he started and completed during his tenure. Tinubu warned South East during campaign that for you to deep your bread in the Tea you must get involved in preparing the table for the dinner. So all your shalaye falls out of his aspirations. Check transportation and haulage requests from manufacturers and Ports South East demands is the least. |

Glitcher: Each Niger delta state with access to the ocean should have a seaport. The onne seaport in an inland port and has been strategically crippled to encourage importers to use the lagos port instead. Yes, the state governments and NDDC have not done enough but that is not my focus now. I am more interested in the role the FG is playing now. One of the problems with the Niger delta is that the federal government appointees who make decisions over the Niger delta region are not indigenous to the niger delta. E.g the down stream, middle stream and upstream oil sectors are being headed by northerners hence no implementation of policies that help the people. Only the government all all level benefit Stop saying what you don't who told you One port is and inland port? If the you don't know all Nigeria's crude export are through Onne Port up till tomorrow |

Glitcher: The onne port is an inland port with all its limitations. Check the map of ports in west Africa, you will notice how the frequency of ports stops at Lagos. The NDDC and state government do not have the capacity to carry out some kind of projects due to the difference in cost and allocation. In addition it is the responsibility of the FG to build interstate roads and seaports. The Niger delta states have benefitted less than 1% of the wealth they have given the nation. Their underdevelopment may be a strategy to keep the place uninhabited due to pollution by the oil companies. The issue of destroying the natural environment is another issue. They have found oil in the north but they are not pumping the oil out, you know why? Because they know how it can damage their environment. So much is given by the Oil producing companies and little is given back. The oil producing communities are just foolish. You don't know you are saying most especially with the bolded statement. Nigeria export its crude oil through Onne Port. Please give another excuse |

Bintabisiriyu2: Did the security guy asked him to start scanning his card in the atm, did the security collected his card from him and withdrew his money? So how is the security guard culpable His job requires assisting and directing customers on the atm machine queue. The process required for the Scammer to manipulate the ATM can't be done without the Security Agent of the bank not noticing ulterior motive or movements. The back CCTV will definitely captured that period and process. But banks will not easily release nor even works on it albeit with the motive of protecting its name and any legal expenses as doing that will surely indicts the bank and its staff |

ComeComing: This is scary. Pls how was the guy able to memorize his 16 digits to be able to clone the card.
I need some clarification. Things are happening in this country The Scammer was able to manipulate the ATM for the ATM to display scanning request. If you ever witness an ATM booting after loading cash on to it you will see that most of the banks ATM are power with Pentium IV hence they are usually slow. By scanning his card is like taking picture of the card front and back. |

efembaba: Thanks. I didn't donate to any church POS or any POS I don't trust anybody and I keep my stuff personal.
Yesterday when I was trying to withdraw at the bank? I noticed something new. I was told I had to scan my card for security reasons. The stuff is on top of the machine (ATM). I tried scanning as told then I inserted my card but the whole thing started misbehaving asking me to insert my 8-16 digits pin (It was the first time I ever experienced such). I didn't fully know what the 8-16 digits meant but I inserted my ATM pin which to my surprise was visible on the screen. I immediately deleted
I strongly suspect that the guy behind me (who, together with another person who had left at this time, told me about the scanning stuff must have seen my pin when it showed on the screen.
Now the thing is, my card didn't fall down at any time and I am absolutely sure it was my card that was inserted and swallowed.
So, even if the guy I think saw my pin did, how was he able to access my card which is supposed to be in the machine.
I will be going to that bloody bank now. I hope they are ready to see a mad man By scanning your ATM Card your 16 digits, expiring date and the security code at the back of your card must had been captured. The guy only waited for you to type in your pin. For the pin to show on the ATM screen the ATM must have been tampered with. Your biggest mistake was scanning your ATM on the machine. The security guy at First will need to be questioned. |

Please try and read the news again. They all agreed that the Manufacturer will starts with 5% monthly reduction in production from January 2022. As for the alternative the best alternative is water, which is readily available. It is only in Nigeria that alcohol is extremely cheap, which is road to unhealthy generations. Someone begging for money to eat can easily afford #50 sachet alcohol. The rate of renal failure is at an alarming rate. Alcohol should not be cheaper more than candies nor biscuit. What Ambode failed to do. Should have demolished Obasa's and House Leader's houses. The rest would have fallen in line sharp, sharp! Ambode in Lagos? He is not a son of the soil, and he started war with the indigenous Lagosians within his first six months in office. I could recollect when my late brother of of blessed memory asked what do I think of Ambode after his six months in office I told him Ambode is not doing second term. There are things you don't try with real Lagosians if you are to continue occupying position of authority most especially if you are not indigenous to the State. Tinubu only listened to voice of wisdom. Do you know why PDP is dormant in Lagos? It is because no real indigenous people are ready to finance it. Meanwhile, crude oil sales account for over 85% of federal government earnings. Niger Delta states have been scammed! Stop spreading misinformation, in the last two years tax revenue had been more than crude oil earnings. Moreover, the FAAC is calculated based on revenue generated, population and equity. Some of those States actually have higher FAAC allocation but lesser FAAC allocation received due to external debts. Federal Government always deduct external debts commitment by each States before remittance of it's FAAC allocation due. E.g Ogun State and Lagos State |

Olumide Apata is an accidental Lawyer, and a bad one. He wants to be political correct because of his political ambition hence the need to satisfy the populist Movement.
He is not a good leader nor an intelligent Advocate how can any patriotic individual condemn with bringing solution. Was the platform the proper forum to dance naked ? Is he going to get what he wanted (Edo State Governor)? Definitely NO,
Apata tenure as the NBA President witnessed the lowest as Lawyers were seen fighting for souvenirs and show crass irresponsibility during NBA annual conference.
It is high time for the NJC, the Bar and the Bench to see him in his true colour. He had indeed justified those that against his candidature as NBA President back then as to they described him as an accidental Lawyer, who rarely go to Court as his a property Lawyer hence lack of deep Legal knowledge, Constitutional understanding and very low ethical conduct.
