siraj1402: Nice one, we trust you baba. Meanwhile!
NO Pastor, Imam, Babalawo, Oba, Obi, Emir, Obong, Chief, Militant etc can tell me who to vote for, NEVER!....
I bear the brunt of unemployment, not the Pastor....
I suffer epileptic power supply, not the Imams.....
When my landlord increases house rent, the Oba will not send me money to augment it..... When medical bills needs to be paid, I won't see the Obi....
When armed robbers show up in my neighborhood, the Emir won't be there to rescue me...
When time comes to pay exorbitant private school fees for my children because public schools that produced the likes of Soyinka, Chinua Achebe are derelict, no Militant will come to my rescue...
The roads leading to Obong's palace are bad, he has not done anything about it, how can he help me?
Exchange rate has plumeted while the economy worsened yet the Babalawo suffers in silence with me ad he is unable to use his juju to make our economic problems disappear...
My siblings and the children of the Chief who are graduates for the past 8 years have remained unemployed while he is powerless to help them...
So I alone will decide WHO IS MAKING ME GO THROUGH ALL THESE HARDSHIP, AND USING MY PVC TO TERMINATE HIS TENURE, IF I DON'T LIKE HIS POOR HANDLING OF GOVERNANCE! 4th time today.
It's real time to perforate the evil umbrella as it doesn't allow us to see the sky. They are only tellin us'it's still dark' due to the evil umbrella. We never know it's already dawn.Ile ti mo.

sagebiz: Not at all. I know there will be at least 3 goals in the Australia game but i try to cut my assumptions down. That is why you see those greens of day before yesterday.Unlike before i will tell you play it over 3.5 and when it is a goal short, the bet is lost. Both teams will still score in second half. Who wins i don't know. GL corner is over 12 or 11.5 corners. cards is over 2.5 exploit these now. RED... |

sagebiz: 3 picks for 3+ odds
No. Selections 3
International Friendly Scotland - Northern Ireland - Scotland are generous & they score too in friendlies,I have not heard or seen less than 2 goals in their friendlies till date.I expect the culture of two goals in friendlies to continue. Over(1.5) O/U 1.5 1.38
Club Friendly Reggiana - Milan -Though it is a friendly, Reggiana is not suppose to beat AC Milan,Milan broke the invincibility of Real in the pre season with all the real players lined up,the goals even went as up to seven goals,i would have played over 2.5 goals but my bookie have no goals market. 2 1X2 1.41
Isthmian Football League, Premier Division Grays Athletic - Tonbridge Angels - Not much to say, Gray score,Tombridge score but i don't want to play &over 2.5,over 2.5 goals is my pick here.Though Grays Athletic has a slight edge. Over(2.5) O/U 2.5 1.57
Multiple Odds 3.05 Following |

Properties › Re: Do I Mold Blocks Or Buy It? Please Advice. by html14java(f): 4:53am On Mar 25, 2015 |
Firstly I am in the UK, i already did my house foundation (using both manual and machine moulded blocks) before i left naija to london. In two weeks time, I want to continue the project up to completion with the need of about 3000 blocks. I have my immediate younger brother who is going to continue with it (I appreciate his support so far). My concern is weather to get the blocks manually moulded or using machine. it costs N360,000 with machine and I know it is actually roughly N60,000 cheaper to do manual moulding. Mind you, I have to compensate him for his return transportation to the site (N400), daily call credit (N200), daily feeding allowance (N800) which will amount to about N18,000 if manually moulded for 12days. So i have saved N45,000.
As for operational time, I am not in a rush at all - weather for machine or manual moulding
Please I need a very reasonable and genuine reply as to know what to do asap.
Secondly As old age nears and urge to get married increases, I already planned my introduction/registry for june as I am going to travel to nigeria by then to return here after like 15days, then travel again to naija by sept for wedding (traditional/white) and return again after like 15days. If I chose to do wedding (traditional/white), then the building project will stop at linted level, which means i wont be able to roof/furnish. Then travel again to naija after my fiance graduates after 9months (invariably, she will be in school studying within the one year of marriage) to bring her here for the next 5years. Please note that, I do not have any residential place to be in naija except my parents' partially built place, which i can never go wen I land, so I have been lodging in hotels weneva i land in naija. My concern is: which one do you guys think should be prioritised: wedding ceremony/house completion. If I choose house completion, I will not wed this year until next year. If I choose wedding, then I will not complete the house this year until next year. Get a house first so ur wife can have some rest of mind too wen u aren't around. |

Properties › Re: Do I Mold Blocks Or Buy It? Please Advice. by html14java(f): 8:49pm On Mar 24, 2015 |
ETHIX: Please mould your blocks. Find details below:
A tipper of sand cost 14,000 (not sharp sand o) A tipper can mould 16 bags of cement Workmanship per bag is 700 naira You can mould 35 blocks with a bag of cement and the block will be very strong. The cost of 1,120 blocks is 105,700 naira Far better than you buying 1000 blocks for 120k You pay for workmanship according to the bag of cements used which is 700 naira per bag regardless the number of labour used.
Is not as if there is huge margin from moulding your blocks and outright purchase. However your building will not experience any mishaps. Op, NOTE the bolded. Its all encompasing. |
