Ab initio, the bailout was a deceptive strategy to refund some funds to states that got bankrupt as a result of so much withdrawals for Buharis campaign, eg Osun state etc.

The last time l checked, Buhari is still in charge and corruption is still at the peak. They will always confuse the gullible that, if you fight corruption, corruption will fight back.
