After your upfront medicals, did you sent mails or webforms to IRCC or you didn't do anything until the arrival of your correspondent letter & PPR?

It's PPR for me and my 3kids. It has been 9months of waiting but at God's time he made it beautiful. My story is loading starting from getting ITA with SINP and a small error nullified my application. I had to withdraw a bit from the group because if work and mental health. But I cannot but come back to say thanks to everyone. I learnt so much here. Will drop timeline soon. Still crafting it.
May 14th 2021 till Feb 10th 2022.

I applied for admission at seneca college of which I have already been accepted. I haven't paid the tuition fee although I paid the application fee of about 100 cad. my question is

Do I need to pay the tuition fee before applying for a visa or I should just go ahead and submit my admission letter without payment of tuition.
Which of these choices will affect my application negatively.

You showed in your application that you have the required funds but they are having concerns if it will be available for your study in Canada..

Did you have a lump sum in your SOA?
Have you paid your school fees, at least the 1st year?

In the last part, you failed to convince them on why you wanna study the course you chose, they are having concerns about the reason you wanna spend so much on a course that may be available in your home country, and also why you wanna spend on a course that won't benefit you.. (You failed to explain to them in your SOP the importance of the course.)

So you will need to work on your funds, let your sponsor show commitment, and also work on your SOP and LOE...

You said you had total of 25,000 in your Statement of Accounts ( Yours and your brother). Next question;

If yours and your brother in combine is 25k leaving out just 14k as Cost of living after balance of tuition , they will have issue with your sponsor survival…
Why will He want to empty His account to sponsor you because if both of your account total 14k, what will be of him ?
Maybe SOP was not properly stressed on his incomes and source of steady incomes…

Just my Opinion but wait for Gurus to address properly.

I will advise you pay full tuition this time and have the cost of living in your own account this time Or your sponsor should have more than you need in His account.

All will be fine by God’s grace.

Considering the fact that you are doing a year program and having paid your first semester school fee at the same time having 32,000CAD balance in your account, I see no reason why the VO would see it as molest.

Please pay your full one year tuition and explain the VO concern in your LOE.

(1) What’s the duration of your program ? (1 or 2 years)
(2) Did you pay part tuition or full tuition ?
(3) If paid full, how much was in your account and that of your sponsor to show living cost.
(4) If Part, Is the balance of tuition and cost of living in your account ?

Answer above questions for Guru in the house to provide support as this is likely details they need to help.

What was the amount in your account and did you pay your one year tuition fees?

I think you proved to the VO that the money would be available for the study. But the vo is concerned on the sufficiency of the fund.

My thoughts though

Now when you look at the total cost of your stay and study in Canada in ratio to the money shown, maybe what will be left of the balance won't be much again. This i think may have made the vo to ask him or herself what's the essence of spending most if not almost all the funds in your account just for study.

So are you self sponsored or you're using a sposnor?

The officer has concerns that your funds will be enough for the whole course maybe you didn't prove sources for subsequent source of funds.

All these third party sites and their delays.. Most times they dont send reminders to IRCC once your notes are due.. I regularly send once notes are due and that forces IRCC to release them. i received three persons i applied for in sept and one for October yesterday.

Mind you i used Atip(IRCC directly) and not gcmsnotes.com

There is a general delay from ATIP as regards the delivery od GCMS notes..

So no matter the agency you use, the delay applies to everyone..

That is why anytime you apply for GCMS notes, you get this message "We are experiencing delays from ATIP "

When it comes to anything IRCC , delay is xpected.. So you all will need a lot of patience...

ok.lets wait for the note but If u can,start gathering the full tuition fee since it's just one year.

How much was ur balance and was there any lump sum?.also, did u submit ur own account statement ?
