Business / How To Make Money Dropshipping In Nigeria Using Shopify Store by humantorch02: 11:41pm On Oct 27, 2017 |
In this short post am going to write on how you can make money dropshipping in Nigeria and make a reasonable amount of money, if you are looking for a get rich quick scheme way to make money then this might not be the right choice for you but if you want to make money legitimately in an easy stress-free way then you might want to pay attention to what am about to say. What is dropshipping and how does it work https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gYoNgMZEynM In the simplest way, dropshipping is selling a product you don’t own by the help of a third party (supplier). It’s a retail system where a store doesn’t keep the product it sells in stock. Instead, when a purchase is made it then, in turn, make the purchase from the third party supplier who then sends the product to the customer. Let me make it easier for us by breaking it down. This is how it works you create a store and put the normal pictures and descriptions of the products of what you are selling just like every other online store, but in this case, you don’t own the product you are simply dropshipping. When you made sales on your store, what you do is you simply buy the same product with your customer money from the original supplier who owns the product in the first place by sending your customer details and address to the supplier, so the supplier then shipped the product to the address of your customer and the deal is closed. Your own profit is going to be the difference between the amount you sell the product on your store and buy it from your supplier. In the actual sense, none of your capital is involved because you don’t own the product and therefore you aren’t risking anything. To own a successful dropshipping business in Nigeria there are some certain things you need to know, like how to integrate your payment gateway with your Shopify store and products you can dropship from any part of the world and how to effectively market your business. Another good thing about Shopify is that they allow a 14days trial while creating a store with them before they start charging you. To start making money with dropshipping you need the following · Find your supplier your supplier is the backbone of your business you need them to grow your business. Try and find the reliable ones, you can do this through AliExpress. · Set up your store with Shopify Once you choose the product you want to start selling and you’ve choosing your supplier the next thing is to create your store with Shopify integrate your payment gateway for naira currency tweak your store or probably change the theme to your taste and then start selling. · Market your products the next thing here is to market your product, Facebook and Instagram and few other social media should do well here. While creating your advert, link them to your cheapest products first, in other to generate traffic and once they make a purchase they will probably come back naturally. Also email market is very important here. · Start selling Now is when you need to start using the Shopify plugin to manage your sales for you automatically.
