I exempted the North Africans, their close proximity to europe is an advantage, plus they have oil and are not so populated and most of them practice moderate islam. They dont consider themselves Africans any way.

Congo, Zambia and Zimbabwe are far better than Somalia, Chad, Niger and Sudan. Africa is bad, however globally the more extremely islam is practiced the more poverty, misery, pain and war multiplies.

If a religion is good then extremists of such religion should be extremely good and peaceful, the reverse is the case for Islam. In the united states for instance the areas dominated by the extreme christian faiths like the Mormons, Baptists and apostolics are usually the most peaceful though most people consider those places boring. But hardly would you hear of things like drugs, crime or unrest in those areas.
