Am not sure it is easy or even possible for you to block such group, I mainly visit that site to read the inspiring posts and stories of people like Bro Dom, so the group isn't entirely bad and believe me that guy belong to some many Catholic groups on FB even if he is not their admin, so you will most likely see him on any Catholic group there. Just don't get mad at him.
