I think there's a crusade covertly going on in Lagos....

Yet, the dogs prefer to play with the bone while invited wolves feed on its puppies.

Is it just me, or does someone else think boko haram could infiltrate thw Nigerian Army through this?

I suggest the level of information that gets into the hands of these be rated. And their communication outside the world covertly monitored.

I am not comfortable with this

That fateful day, madam Aisha Buhari invited them to state house in abuja and gave them an "Aso Rock-prepared jollof rice, that same day, people like Kayode Ogundamisi, Japhat Omojuwa, Tolu Ogunlesi activated their mute organ.

The crazy fact is that these guys arent insulated from the reality. I've been in the same gathering at Landmark village in Oniru, Victoria Island, seated very close to one of these social media guys (wont mention his name) and listened to conversations between him and his guests. I even took pictures with him after the event. I can bet you, they know for sure this government is hitting the yoruba nation real hard.......more than grossly expected. But why they have decided to look unusually ignorant and surprisingly less concerned is amazing.

Anywhere, lets keep acting everything is cool.

The president looks ridiculously sick.

That his agbada trademark would have done lot of favors to his appearance.

But then, It's none of my business, as long he's gone and come back safely.

Isnt it surprising that the morrafoka in aso rock has gone from being deaf to absolute dumb? He's fast to comment on bad events in the US and Saudi Arabia, but goes absolutely dumb in a death-ridden country which he's a supposed leader.

But the crazier part is that some remote-controlled mofos will still come here and shout in his support, while their brothers, sisters and parents die in IDP camps out of hunger and malnutrition.

I am not sure things were these hell-like some 2yrs ago. maybe nemesis of electing bad and inept leaders has finally fallen this country.

Sealeddeal:
It's a typical case of Marasmus and not Kwashiorkor.

Both kwashiorko and marasmus are caused by malnutrition.

Both are characterised by loss of energy.

Both cause the victim to look pitiable.

These kids arent taken proper care of. Whether kwashiorko or marasmus, the govts have failed them

Last year december, i was on site inspection in jos. One day my colleagues and i decided to visit an IDP camp in d city.
I literally wept.

A lady walked to me and said they were raising funds for mosquito nets. My colleague and i gave them 50k.
These kids are really suffering.

If these monkeys in Aso rock knew jack, they wouldnt give these morale-boasting speech to the militants.

How can people not support them when the dumb Oga in charge is sounding so hopeless and lost?

How can the military fight these militants when the chief fighter is hopelessly giving up.

There was a country indeed.
What we have now is a joke.

Nice concept.

But I dont think there is any new thing here. The fired clay bricks, abi "interlocking stones" are not the load bearing elements.

The only advantage here is that the bricks have this property of not absorbing sun radiation.
Hence the interior of the building will always feel cold. cheesy cheesy

Properties / Re: Contruction Of A 4 Bedroom Duplex by hurricaneChris: 8:27am On Jun 02, 2016
Bungalow provides more flexibility, especially if u have ambitions in future. (I can see u already have).

That being said, when going about your bungalow, which I will advise you to build now, based on your budget, advise your Architect to come up with a flexible design, which can allow future repartitioning of the internal spaces without having to tamper with the building orientation.

Then start ur building as if your constructing a duplex. We can talk more if need be.
Goodluck.

Culture / Re: Why The Igbo's Marry Amongst Themselves by hurricaneChris: 8:45am On May 27, 2016
Saw the post on FP yesterday and I smiled.

Some people actually said "love isnt enough in marriage" which I totally believe.

My case case is similar. I have four grown sisters (two of them are doctors) and it's just me. Everyone is expecting me to marry one of those igbo beautiful girls. But hey! Am surprising my mum with my Idoma damsel grin.

The good thing is that my mum loves the girl to grounds and my sisters have no problems about her. She herself, understands how much I cherish the igbo tradition now she's doing everything she can to perfect her use of igbo language. (she speaks alittle and understands very well)

Believe me, if she hadnt shown regards to my culture, which I'm a strong custodian of, or if my mum had had her doubts about the lady, am not sure she and I would be on our journey by now.

Lol. Funny day.

After coming to meet the MD (Chief Architect) the previous week, I came that morning and everywhere looked strange.

I saw the beautiful receptionist cheesy, she and I exchanged pleasantries. I asked her few things like number of Architects and Engineers in the firm. And also the number of off field staff.

When I finally was assigned a table, few hours later, I was asked to give the spec of computer I would need for my design. I did that. And also, I was asked to contact someone to deliver to the computer. All these happened in on the first day. Before the ended, I had a crazy HP ENVY with cute graphics card.

Guys and ladies there were actually observing me, because I was the youngest among Architects and Engineers.(though I have few IT guys working under me now who are younger than me) And my computer was the coolest.

Its been fun since then actually, just that the pressure that comes with drawing with finest computer in the office. Everyone 3d proposal is brought to my desk

This is how my table looks on a very busy day! grin grin

Saint Obi
Obinna Nwafor popularly known as Saint Obi, is a Nigerian actor, producer and director. Saint Obi is best known for his roles in Candle Light, Sakobi, Goodbye Tomorrow, Heart of Gold, Festival of Fire, Executive Crime and Last Party.

U said ur surname is Okeahialam?
Are you from Umuelegwa Onicha Mbaise? Or Obizi Mbaise? I know two families in these villages with that surname.
