You have two options..
1. Add hot water in lil bits, stir and turn very well
OR discard this one then...
2. put another water on fire, bring it to boil, make sure the garri is very close by, once d water boils, pour it into d bowl , add d garri in a circular motion, stir very well, and turn don't add too much garri at once.
If you are not satisfied with the consistency, keep adding garri in bits until u achieve your desired result
