This is what I have to say: before you place a bet on any Goal related market, you should think about how much goal is expected to be scored in the match. Goals from home and away team.
Then betting on over or under is good to go.

A team like Lazio playing at their home field against a low ranking team with not so good defense is expected to score more than 2 goals. Away might score one.
Tip: Over 2.5
A team like Juventus is expected to score more than 1 goal at their home. Away might not score.
