My car is Toyota Camry 2005 Model

When the temperature guage of my vehicle moves to the middle, after a while, I notice that the two fans attached to the radiator rotate for just 10-15 seconds and stop. I haven't take notice of this before now. I was expecting it to rotate for a longer time. Is this normal or something is wrong?
