Just search and put XDA at the end of your search parameters you should get a step by step guide. You'll root your device too so try searching for HTC quick root or srsroot pc app

You mean you saw official flash file for Desire s? To which OS? ICS (4.0) ? I will advice to get a custom ROM as you'll be able to do somethings to help optimise the usage of the device.

The Gcam that comes with pixel 2 xl allows you get potrait mode
One of the best bokeh feature on a smartphone

Take a look at the sample picture attached, you see how the main objects have more focus and the other objects are blur, that's potrait mode , other new phones have this feature but gcam still has one of the best potrait capability

Lolest. Nice improvement I must say. Anyone getting frequent "enter match again" problem even when you know your network is fast. It started since the Halloween update. Can't play with my team frequently as I would be dropped far away from them. Before person catch up they fit Don die or make I don kpain angry
