Funny enough, when you look back at the story today, many of the police officers involved in the shooting, including ASP Abubakar Tsav who spoke live on the day of the execution, have all passed away as well.
I am not supporting injustice in any way. However, it reminds us of a simple truth about life: no matter how powerful, feared, famous, or controversial a person is, death eventually comes for everyone.
Life has a way of humbling us all. The hunter today may become history tomorrow, and those who watch events unfold today will one day also be remembered only through stories and records.
In the end, every human being; whether criminal, officer, judge, or spectator, is just passing through this world. What truly remains is the lessons we learn from history and the kind of legacy we leave behind. |

mctfopt: That is a great tip! ₦3,000 is an absolute steal compared to the price of a brand-new pair of quality earbuds these days. Most people don't even realize the batteries in the buds can be swapped out-they usually just toss them and buy new ones, which is a waste of money and creates unnecessary e-waste. A quick question for you: how long does the "new" battery usually last compared to the original? Honestly, there isn’t much difference. When the earbuds were new, a full charge could last a whole day or even longer, depending on how much I used them. It’s the same with the replacement batteries, their performance still depends on usage, and they’ve been quite efficient so far. |

Geofavor: Yes, I am currently in Lagos. I might visit this location you gave. How much does the replacement cost? Thank you. ₦1,500 per earbud, but the price isn’t fixed. It can be cheaper or slightly more depending on the battery type. In most cases, it shouldn’t be more than ₦5,000. |
Phones › Re: The Head Phones And Earbuds Thread by I8id(m): 12:08am On Dec 28, 2025 |
mctfopt: My earbuds sounds so good. I'd hate to replace it simply because of battery issues.
Good to see that there are actually people who work on it, as it should. What does it cost to do this kind of replacement? The first time I replaced mine was around mid-2023, and it cost ₦1,000 per earbud. The second time was in August this year, and it cost ₦1,500 per earbud, so it’s really not expensive. I haven’t replaced the battery of the charging case yet, only the earbuds and they’re still working fine. So if your earbuds are weak or not holding charge, battery replacement is a cheaper option than buying a new one. |

Geofavor: The QCy earbud I bought just over a year ago no longer lasts for more than a few seconds before shutting down. The battery is gone.
Are earbud batteries replaceable? or that one is gone and I have to buy new earbuds all together? do you stay around lagos? If you stay in Lagos or close to major market hubs where electronics are sold and repaired, you’ll definitely see repair shops that fix earbuds and AirPods. I’ve changed mine twice within three years. I use an Oraimo FreePods 3 (2Baba Edition), and the batteries are usually the same. When you get to the market, just ask around for where they repair earbuds. I usually replace mine at Alaba International Market, Ojo, Lagos after Ogbosi Plaza, along the road, third staircase, before Unity Bank. I’m saying this because I’ve seen many people throw away their earbuds once they start having battery issues, without knowing that the batteries can actually be replaced. |

23jerryking: When you tried to open the Obb folder with the default file manager, it will take to "open in files". This will make you launch the Google files, you'll one your Obb folder. But you'll still not be able to copy things into it until you right click on the top right corner and choose the "open new window" option. You'll now have two of them windows opened. Click on your left home key(which shows you apps that are running), long click on one of the opened windows in "files" and split -screen it. This will give you a split screen of "files" opened on your phone. Then click and highlight the folder you want to move, drag it to the Obb on the other window like you do on PC. This explanation might not be explicit enough so have my WhatsApp number for a screen record tutorial cause I can't upload video here: Zero eight zero seven, nine two two, eight nine three nine. I tried dragging the data files once and waited a few minutes and the whole data were moved successfully. I wasn't patient all along. Thanks 23jerryking |

OK I have tried using this trick on my Redmi N11, I was able to drag the OBB file because is compressed as a single file but the same can not be said with the data files. When I tried dragging it goes bit by bit, guess is not working for me or I might be doing something wrong |

Honestly I enjoyed my Note 9, solid screen after many fall no single crack and I do my everyday task swiftly. I had to swap it when the battery started draining. Xiaomi Note series from 7 to Note 10pro is well-built |

grudges: thats true, unknown to me the last time I move app to obb was when I was on Android 12, I tried it now Android 13 is not working. I was surprised how you were able to move file to obb with A13 as you previously quoted me on this same problem. Being a tech guy moving files to obb and data has been a regular thing for me not until I updated to A13, I have tried different explorers none is working, though I haven't tried it with a Rooted phone maybe it might work. Honestly, I am not enjoying this A13 the privacy and security are too rigid |

grudges: as you said moving files to obb and data restriction is a generic problem, I equally encounter same, especially if you are using default app for the transfer like file or file explorer, simply install X-plore, I am pretty sure you can bypass the restriction, that is what I used to transfer files for modern combat 4 to obb what's your phone model and version, my is miui 14 A13 I have tried x-plore and the problem persist |

genius43: Clear data of Solid Explorer. When you open it it should ask you to grant permission.
Grant permission to your entire internal storage. Not just a particular folder. done all this didn't work. I saw the root storage, just can't grant access to it. I am not the only one experiencing moving files to obb and data restrictions with Android 13, I don't know how you manage to bypass yours, maybe your phone is rooted can't say. If you go to YouTube millions of people are complaining about the same issue. The only solution on my mind now is a downgrade to Android 11 I made a mistake upgrading it |
