All Candidates are to present Original and photocopies of the following documents to Screening Officers



1. BioData Form .

2. Result Checker(scratch cards)

3. O Level Results or Certificate (SSCE/NABTEB/NECO) to be verified and confirmed by the Students Records Department.

4. UTME (JAMB) Result print out.

5. Post UTME Screening print out.

6. Testimonial from Secondary School.

7. JAMB Admission Letter.

8. Acceptance Fee Receipt.(REMITA RECEIPT)

9. Payment History Print Out.

10. Two (2) Reference Letters signed with stamp/seal from any two of:

(a) Imam/Pastor

(b) Senior Civil Servant not below Grade Level 12

(c) Lawyer

(d) Principal of your former Secondary School.

11. Birth Certificate from National Population Commission, Local Government and Hospital.



PLEASE NOTE THAT YABATECH DOES NOT REQUIRE CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN.

It definitely will..An announcement was made by de sch dat " All aspirants should maka Yabatech as there 1st choice on jamb portal, else de aspirant will forfeit any chance of gaining admission..

though its for only dos dat were considered 4 admission as of den..

your jamb score is really not enough.. the cut off for mbbs in uniben is 300 since waec was not used.. if you don't like PSO.. go for schools that used only jamb

if not for the system used this year my brother my jamb score is enough to get medicine

why are you pained? You had 41/50 in your olevel that's pretty okay. You just have to work on your jamb.. besides they're other courses dentistry and physiotherapy are there

on a norms my jamb score is enough to study medicine but this point system is very painful

Screening aggregate :63.6 %, I chose medicine.
2009 WAEC and from osun.
Meanwhile I know of an osun indigene with 61%aggregate (195 in utme o) that was admitted for medicine
I keep thinking of what gave him an edge over me.
In fact, some1 who didn't write Physics in o'level was admitted for medicine. I've their admission lists and checked the profiles of the names on the list, especially those admitted for medicine and my finding showed that LASU is far from being an ivory tower
====* this is my 5th jamb and 250+ always. As in, I'm confident that I deserve medicine admission.

bro I feel ur pain I was also denied admission into mbbs in unilag with an agg of 73 unilag was so heartless that they couldn't even give me another course even with my high score it just wasted now I have to rewrite jamb next year

Probably you should try a state uni next year or a less competitive federal uni.

Since you know you're science student and ur subject comb for jamb was ENG PHY CHEM BIO...you'll have to check the list of all the courses that requires this same jamb combo and also ur O'level comb( you'll check all the list for Faculty of Clinical Sciences, Basic Medical Sciences, Sciences, etc)

To be honest, I won't say there's hope o....cos a lot of students must have gotten an aggregate closer to the cutoff( even those that had 77/78 sef, will have to pray to be admitted for mbbs)..... but there's nothing God can't do sha....But if you aren't admitted into mbbs, you may be lucky to get another course

what I mean is can I be given another course even without applying for COC with my score?

Tbh with you I think you should pray for a miracle because supplementary will contain those who met the catchment points and yours doesn't meet any so just pray to God for a miracle

Supplementary list is for those that didn't meet the merit cutoff for their respective courses but had something close to it( whether they did COC or not) , those that did COC..... those that have long legs, etc.

pls if you were given another course through supplementary how would u know?
