I use to eat 4 boiled eggs per night right before bed. Now just one a day and not even everyday.

I ate turkey like a rascal. It was on a daily basis and some days I'd eat 3 big pieces in one sitting per day and my friends would say i was crazy! I'm still eating turkey now but just small pieces.

You must understand that it was really almost impossible for me to gain weight back then lol. Because I remember back then I use to eat more fufu and beans than my friends yet they weighed in more than me plus I've got long bones so it was harder.
Due to the very first lockdown and ulcer, I found myself focusing on food. I started to overdo everything. Small indomie, i don rush boil 4 eggs ontop. Small outing, I fit no even chop rice. Just 3 big turkey. Small breakfast, I don chop 7 big slices of yam with 3 crowns. On repeat for almost a year.

I'm not kidding. When I was skinny and working out, I didn't have any broad chest. Think about it, my laps got thick and I was always skipping leg day.
When I developed ulcer, I was skinny and I couldn't even lift a thing. I was fatigued, still am. All I could do was eat. I might be wrong but I'm of the opinion that eating turkey and eggs actually makes you more muscular.

When I was skinny, I use to work out like crazy but I wasn't seeing results and I'm talking 3-4 years ago. If you saw me then with shirt off, you would think I never lifted anything in my entire life.

Fast forward to a year ago. It was when I started eating everything I mentioned, my body then began taking shape even without workout.

We're in the same age bracket. I use to have weight gaining issues like you too until I developed ulcer lol. I changed my diet and I went from slim to broad chested and fat laps in months.
Follow my diet.
(1) Buy yams. Always have yams at home. Eat yams like you want to use it to kill yourself. Morning and afternoon yam, fried eggs, one boiled egg and three crowns milk. DON'T FRY YOUR YAMS. BOIL THEM ONLY. And when I say eat yams, I mean 7 big pieces per meal.

(2) Take fruits. Apparently Bananas and apples help with blood circulation or something. Bananas in itself actually adds more calories so always have bananas around. Don't let your stomach be empty.

(3) Turkey and Meat. This is expensive but a faster way to gain weight. If you can afford to eat one medium sized turkey/meat every night after having yams in the morning, you'll get fat in a month. Remember DO NOT FRY. BOIL THEM ONLY.

(4) Lastly, just walk down to a pharmacy and ask for haemoglobin with vitamin b12. Get that and use one teaspoon after meals. I think it helps with moving food around the body.

(5) Your job might not permit you to but if you can, EAT EARLY B4 7PM AND SLEEP EARLY B4 10PM.

Did you gym to get that body, or it's just the food you ate?

Wrong, maybe there is a another thing u where doing aside the beans, red oil, is natural and the fat content is very minimal, as such if u continue eating beans with plenty oil for one year, u will just be healthy not necessarily getting fat with the aid of beans.

Milk too ain't fattening, skimmed milk ain't, but if it is full cream milk ehen I will agree, so basically it was the full cream milk that made u fat, and not beans

Loll, it will shock you that beans has more carb ratio to protein, Google is your friend.
So basically beans being high in carb will automatically increase your weight if eaten in excess.

I experienced it on my REDMI 9A before I sold it. I thought it was a RAM issue. Not until I upgrade to REDMI 9, I noticed the same flaws.

While typing on comments section, the blinking cursor will just freeze and non of the keys pressed will display unless I close the keyboard and navigate away from the page. More annoying is that the autocorrect bar will varnish sometimes and you will end up making typo errors because of how the keyboard was structured. I downloaded swift keyboard to see if Google keyboard is deliberately attempting to give Xiaomi a bad name but I never experienced such on SwiftKey keyboard only that I am used to the Gboard by Google because of the number pad arrangement that I use most times for calculations.

I can't blame Google for this but Xiaomi. It must be a bug. Had to clear catche but it persist.

It happens with my TECNO phone, I guess it's a Google thing, you don't even need to close the keyboard, just click on the Http bar, it will pop up

With this airport, I see anambra's IGR double within 2 years from now, south east economy is about to turn around for good, given the heavy purchasing prowess of our billionaires and people as a whole

My problem is since asaba airport and Enugu airport are closer to all this communities listed, why then wasn't it strategically located somewhere closer to purchasing power?
