The only way he could be exonerated here is if the tenant has been informed to not park there. If there's was nothing like that, the landlord is liable because he's fully responsible for whatever happens within his compound.

No one ever prays for any bad thing that might have to them before... so that's why sometimes u count ur blessings and name them one by one..
