Anything pertaining WES just try and do it in time so as to beat spring'14 deadlines.
My ordeal with WES goes thus:
WES sent an email containing letter to me stating that the photocopies of my transcript has been sent back to my institution for further verification. I called my school after 5 weeks of waiting for my status to change from "Waiting for verification from institution" only to discover that these said photocopies hadn't even gotten to my school, they only received the email sent by WES. I had to email WES back the following day, only for them to reply back and tell me my evaluation has been placed on-hold until I pay a $60 fee, so as my documents would be sent via International Post. In fact, as am typing, I just settled the bill with my card. Hoping for a positive reply....!
So just have it in mind that, at times WES could delay evaluation.

Based on my experince with them, they contact institutions via email and send back photocopies of your transcript for further verification. But that of calling, I really don't have an idea...

I agree with Imperiouxx on that. Like I said on my own quote, your certificate should bear your name as the sender.
If you send anything with any post agent, there is always a portion for sender to fill his/her details incase the stuff bounces back, it can get to you. So if your Certificate's envelope bears another name as the sender, It might be a Red-flag for WES to consider it as Genuine...so be aware!

Why didn't you allow your school send it on your behalf? I asked you this question because it was boldly written on their website that transcripts are considered Official only if they were sent by the Institution. But in your own case, the transcript is already with you. If you want to send it yourself, don't use your address as the sender's address, use your school address. And again, I would advise you not to include your envelope containing your transcripts together with the photocopy of your Certificate, in one envelope. This is because, they believe the Certificates are issued to the students by their Institution. So don't assume they will think it was your school that enclosed the photocopy of your certificate. In fact, that would just render it more unofficial...So take note!

And if you want to hold some cash, you can always collect cash back at Walmart or stores (free of charge). You do not need to make an ATM withdrawal.

Ivy League schools are good but doesn't translate to automatic job especially for an int'l student. If in doubt, attend the next SPE conference and you will be amazed by the thousands of Ivy league graduates looking for jobs.

Advice: Whichever school you attend, make sure you get good grades and don't be a LEARNER in the US. I rest my case.

So simple!
Just use your GTBank master card. Just like the normal credit card format, type in your Name (as it appears on your card), 16 digits infront of your card, expiration date and the 3 digits behind your card (cvc). Then order online, receipt will be sent to you instanta!
Remember, you will be charged the equivalent of Naira/Dollar at the time you where making your order!

I can categorically say YES for TOEFL, but for GRE, its advisable to combine textbooks, most especially for that Verbal section (crazy section, I must tell you..lol)
