maybè your boss dosnt just like an introvert. That's y she said you leave,but you should take it as a challenge,....I am an introvert but I work as a customer care agent today and make much noise I never bargained for in my life.
But its improved me and my confidence esp in meeting people and standing for my rights.




After each days work I sit at the back of the staff bus quiet,pple complain about that ..I tell them after all that noise at the call center u ain't hearing my voice again,.....they laugh me off.
