First if all try adding a visa card and asked to withdraw to it. I used acres bank visa for both deposit and withdrawal. U can deposit with master but can't withdraw fund into it. Visa is for deposit and withdrawal. If you try my first option and no luck, try withdrawing to skrill or neteller. They won't allowed u withdraw to MasterCard. Except your domiciliary account.

you can't withdraw through your debit MasterCard, just open a dormicilary account send them your bank informations such as IBAN, swift code, etc you will log in to your bet365 account to fill all these informations under banking, make sure the name you used in opening your bet365 account is the same with the one you use to open your bank account it's simple.
