hey, proof of discretionary is not for 100 Level students, it's like a paper printout given to hall executives, members of sports team etc to show that they should be given a 'special' room from other students in dah hostel. E.g rooms in some blocks of Sultan Bello Hall are reserved for hall executives specially

Login and click on 'pay fees'

select the fee type e.g Ges, accommodation, school fees etc,

click 'add to my fees' below the fee type option,

very your name on the site and click 'post now'

the webpay interactive will be displayed

for MasterCard, VisaCard or VerveCard user, under 'LOCAL CARDS' at the top right, select your card type.

Enter card details carefully, and provide the required securities to complete payment.

Firstly,u should fussily check for possible errors...
With your complaints so far,i think u probably must have mistakenly changed your password perhaps,due to poor network,human error,or browser anomaly...
i suggest u try retrieve your password by clicking 'forgot password'
