hey, proof of discretionary is not for 100 Level students, it's like a paper printout given to hall executives, members of sports team etc to show that they should be given a 'special' room from other students in dah hostel. E.g rooms in some blocks of Sultan Bello Hall are reserved for hall executives specially

No hall warden will check you into rooms......if you guys are to resume 2mao...y'all should be given temporary accommodation till proper reg begins which will be done by porters not hall warden....hope u know you will pay hall dues?
