1. He was never convicted but pieces of evidence were presented.... no smoke without fire - just because he probably had a good lawyer and navigated his way through does not mean, overall his hand isnt "dirty".

2. What was the process of qualification for the firm to become the eternal vendor-on-record for lagos state government - keep defending him - I have a second passport and so does tinubu - so once yawa gas both me and tinubu go jappa and na only you go remain....

3. Noted - so keep supporting him - Tinubu will be president and buhari will be vice - hope you are satisfied now...
Well I am a resident card holder if want to see it on my passport let me know, I can move in and out any damn time, but I decided to support Tinubu the architect behind Modern prosperous Lagos to put his Midas touch to Nigeria, so that our Economy can see visible growth like Lagos witnessed in the last 20 years

Guys do you see that Nigeria is a lost cause - like play like play, I suspect either Buhari or Tinubu will win the presidential election in 2023.... Nigerians such as this hold the country back with a cursed mentality - probably from Noah's curse in Genesis upon them.
All this sentiments changes nothing, present your better candidate and let's match him CV to CV with Jagaban , let's check experience in Governance, Private investment, success in career, degree and other qualifications, past visible developed projects

I refer you to Chicago court records..... Please do a quick search online.... then I refer you to several pieces of investigative journalism which contain proofs of alpha beta consulting looting.... then I refer you to media reports of bullion vans carrying money at his residence.... the fact there were bullion vans there captured is already incriminating.....
1: Chicago court records are straight to the point, he was never convicted of a drug dealing crime, his investment company Compass finance Chicago LLC, was said to have recieved 400k USD unbehalf of Agbele a drug dealer to invest in stocks and Eurobonds, FBI barely made forfeiture of 400k USD while a balance of $1.2m was left with Tinubu

2: Alphabeta Consultancy firm is a registered tax and auditing consulting company like every other tax company in the world and they earn commission

Lawsuit against AB was simply that they declared lesser income tax, and not that they looted anyone

3: no Nigerian Law prohibits the usage of Bullion vans by private individuals, hotels use it same as fueling stations

BigBashiru:
If truly its tinubu that developed those then good - but why does he still loot lagos treasury allegdly via alpha beta consulting?
Alpha Betta is arguably the best tax consulting in West Africa, state government accross West Africa gives them targeted IGR and they meet it up earning merger 5% as commission..

Everyone can attest to it that LIRS has the best tax model all thanks to Alphabeta tax and auditing consulting... With Alphabeta Nigerian organisation don't have to pay millions to Price water Cooper, Delliote or other Oyinbo consultant

Do I look like a Biafran agitator to you? I'm from the South South, and as a South Southerner, I've told you that your Tinubu will only win in your region, if he comes to campaign in Rivers or Edo State, we will pursue him with Cutlass because he is the one that brought this calamity called Buhari on us.
What do you mean pursue him in Edo , Tinubu has been freely campaigning Edo since days of PDP/ACN so what's the fuse

Anyways study the voters registration and see the inconsequential regions that can't stop Tinubu

It's politics it's about numbers not grandstanding and emotions

this is buuullshit talk with no evidence... nigerians actively support wrong candidates....
Where you a kid when Pastor Osinbajo was in court with Aere Afebabalola representing FG while they dragged legality of creating new LCDA, while Obasanjo seized Lagos State LGA allocation for months

Very soon due to sentiments and hate you might say Tinubu never developed BRT, LagBus, LagFerry, RRS , LASERMA or LASTMA

Why not just sell it off to a private real estate investors like Adron homes

State Government can't market such real estate like the private sector

Do you see how these cursed Nigerians focus on the wrong candidates by calling good evil and evil good. There is a new credible candidate Adesina on the horizon and you are advocating for a bullion van drug trafficking and lagos treasury thiefing demon. Nigerians are responsible for their woes and deserve every single thing they get....
Any evidence to this defamatory statement

"bullion van drug trafficking and lagos treasury thiefing demon. "

You're a jonzer if you think your Tinubu will win come 2023. The North will vote for another Northerner, we in the South South will never vote for Tinubu, never! His campaign can't even sell here. The Sourh East will obviously not vote due to their futuristic IPOB activities, and even if they do, I'm not sure anyone will think of Tinubu. Maybe it's you in the South West that will vote for him. Nevertheless, he can't rule come 2023!
You speak with authority yet you so called authority couldn't give you Biafra or Presidency since the past 50 years.... Why not seat and watch the real men handle politics

What is d development that has been brought closer to d people?

Have d living standards of nigerians been improved as a result of LCDAs?
For instance before the creation of an LCDA close to my neighbourhood, nearest LGA is about an hour drive away... All documents I need for my livilihood and work, I get it at a more higher expenses due to distance, and the congestion but now I get such documents stress free at LCDA

Grading and retarring of local community roads used to be impossible during the congestion of LGA, to get an approval to work on local roads from LGA is war, you go there and LGA chairmen are very busy, right now work into LCDA for such requests and you get approval within 2 business days, our LCDA would even offer a bulldozer and other needed machinery

Transformer purchase is also something I benefited

Now because of Tinubu, states can have LCDA out of outdated LGA, with LCDA bringing development closer to the people... This is a battle BAT and PYO won for all Nigerians

Firstly the images doesn't depict any form of destruction of crops, it barely shows neatly arranged farm produce and Cattles

Secondly President Olusegun Obasanjo a Christian Southern Farmer and CBN Governor Joseph Oladele were the ones who designed, started production and minting of 200 naira notes

They arrange foolish girls from Nigeria, threaten them with babalawo to fulfill bogus agreements, they organise means of travelling, mostly through tourist visa or Libya route, after getting oversea, they seize their passports take them to apartment dedicated for coded prostitution, and make them pay weekly till the specific amount in the agreement is recovered

Fulanis generally think betraying their benefactors and supporters is a sign of intelligence and smartnesss ... Buhari's cabal tried such nonsense with Tinubu, but most of them dropped dead before they could achieve their goals of biting Tinubu's finger that fed them

They want the power for themselves then, now they're begging for power.

I just wish we can go back to regional government.
Let's see the strength of each region cool
Almost everything they suffer today, they were the architect of it ...

*Removal of referendum and seccession from 1956 constitution--- Nnamdi Azikwe

*Marginalisation of others to employ only specific tribesmen to form dominance -- Nnamdi Azikwe

*First Ethnic bloody coup and power take over - Nzeogwu and Ibo officers

* Unitary system of one Nigeria --- Aguiyi Ironsi, Professor Ben Nwabueze

* First person to kill a Seccesionist and freedom fighter of Niger Delta (Adaka Boro of 12 days revolution)-- Ojukwu

*First person to declare a war and lunch an attack on Nigeria -- Ojuckwu

You're right.

Like you, I find it odd that some of the most vociferous, fanatical IPOB separatists on Nairaland are resident in Lagos, Abuja, Jos, Kano, and other places, and earning their living there. I think these people actually believe their lives will not be touched if this secession of a thing happens.

Somebody needs to wake them up, seriously. undecided

What I outlined in my write-up is actually the best case scenario, where the split is done amicably

At the OTHER end of the spectrum is warfare leading to a catastrophic decline in living standards.
In addition to what you said... I wish Nigeria can restructure to regionalism, so that everyone can know economic feasibility of each region and why western powers supported a united Nigeria leveraging on each others pros and cons
