South Africa has been hit by a flare-up of xenophobic attacks in its greatest city, drawing in criticism from other African countries in the week after week political and business pioneers from about 28 countries gather in Cape Town.

2019 Big Brother Naija housemate, Khafi has unveiled what she anticipates from her evicted BBNaija housemate, Gedoni toward the end of the show.

According to the female housemate who hails from Ekiti States, She hopes that Gedoni would propose marriage to her at the end of the reality show.

2019 Big Brother Naija Pepper Dem Housemates, Sir Dee and Venita have been crowned the best couple for yesterday’s BBNaija beauty pageant challenge show organized by Darling Nigeria.

The housemates were divided into of four teams; Avant-garde, Naija in the Sixties, Here comes the bribe, and Big hair don’t care.

Mercy and Ike, Tacha and Seyi, Elo and Diane, Omashola and Khafi, Frodd and Esther, Mike and Cindy, and then Sir Dee and Venita, all participated in their different outfits.

Team Mercy and Ike scored 65 ‘Big hair don’t care’, Tacha and Seyi scored 45 ‘Avant-garde’, Omashola and Khafi scored 75 ‘Here comes the bride’, Elo and Diane scored 65 60’s ‘Naija in the sixties’ looks, Mike and Cindy scored 60 ‘Avant-garde’, Frodd and Esther who put more spices in the game with a huge kiss, scored 60 ‘Big hair don’t care’, while Sir Dee and Venita scored 75 60’s ‘Naija in the sixties’ looks.

Sir Dee and Venita who scored the highest vote, emerged winner of the contest (The Darling Big Brother Naija Task) and went home with a prize gift of #1,000,000 million.

Recently evicted Big Brother Naija housemate and Khafi’s lover, Gedoni has opened up on Tacha’s character while he was still in the house.

According to the former BBNaija housemate, Tacha is a sweet person and that what most people see on the outside is someone who has scars. He also said that she probably has related with people on certain deep levels and doesn’t want to get hurt again so she’s very protective of her shell and whoever comes close.

It was all emotional in Big Brother Naija house yesterday after Port Harcourt first daughter, Tacha during her diary session with Biggie broke down in tears as she knelt down to apologise him and Ebuka Obi-Uchendu for disrespecting them.

It appears that the controversial Big Brother housemate from Port Harcourt was prepared to relinquish her old ways and try a much more low-key way in the game for the prize money of N60m. Recall Tacha had been given two strikes already. The first had come after her battle with Joe when she had hit him.


The second had come before on Sunday directly before the eviction show that saw Gedoni and Jackye leaving after Big Brother blamed her for being rude and disrespectful to authority, Ebuka and furthermore to the housemates. This means whenever given one more strike, Tacha will be consequently disqualified from the show.

Nigerian Superstar music producer and Mavin’s Record Boss, Don Jazzy has finally reacted to the strike issued by Biggie to 2019 Big Brother housemates, Mercy and Tacha.

The two females housemates, Tacha and Mercy on Sunday before the live eviction show were given strikes from Biggie after they both broke the rules of the house rules.

Tacha was given a strike for being rude to authority while Mercy received a strike for violence.


Reacting to these strikes on Twitter, Don Jazzy urged Mercy to put her money before emotions.

During the Sunday live eviction show yesterday, Big Brother housemate Gedoni was evicted from the house as a result of him have the least vote.

Just immediately Ebuka announced it was not going to be a fake eviction night, shockingly for Gedoni, his journey in the Big Brother house came to an end as he accumulated the lowest votes.

Recall that a little while back, the nomination rounds took a different turn as Biggie presented one of his numerous twists named the ‘Nomination Challenge’.

2019 Big Brother Naija housemate, Tacha has pulled her creative side once again as she turned an ill-fitting outfit she had been given weeks back into a designer’s delight.

Recall that for three consecutive weeks in the house, the outfits she had been given to wear to the Saturday Night parties had been ill-fitting so she couldn’t wear them. She instead wore her own clothes. Last week saw her not receiving any when other housemates got theirs as Biggie refused to give her any.

She then requested for a sewing machine so she could amend the other outfits to her size. While the other housemates got new outfits again, she was left out for the second time. Luckily for her, a few hours to the start of the party, Biggie delivered the sewing machine and she took the time to make her own dress.
