Mr Igbokwe was reportedly seen earlier in the day looking all hale and hearty before news surfaced that he had been found dead in his office.

The Public Relations Officer of the university, Mr Abiodun Olarenwaju has since confirmed the sad news. His corpse has now been taken to the mortuary.

“It’s a pity we lost him. Nobody expected that. He was brought in (hospital) this morning dead” he said.

Nigerian music superstar, Orezi yesterday, December 6th was involved in a car accident. The accident took around 5.30 am on third mainland bridge in Lagos Nigeria.

According to the singer, he was hurrying to catch a flight to Delta State where he was billed to perform, so he took a uber. He said he only woke up to realize there was a crash.

Speaking with Linda Ikeji blog, Orezi disclosed that he had called for an Uber around 5:30am in the morning and all of a sudden, he woke up to a crash on Third Mainland bridge.

“I was seated at the back when it happened and it seems I crash my jaw into the front seat so I lost consciousness and was just bleeding from everywhere. I still managed to make the flight after I got first aid but I’m fine now”.

Nigerian and Instagram celebrity, Ismaila Mustapha a.k.a Mompha, yesterday filed a fundamental rights enforcement lawsuit against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, for unlawful detention and a violation of his fundamental human rights.

Recall, Mompha was arrested in October on allegations of Cybercrimes and Money laundering. He has also asked the court to mandate the EFCC to pay him N5 milion for unlawful detention.

Nigerian Controversial investigative journalist, Kemi Olunloyo has ridiculed the reports that 2019 BBNaija housemates Tacha signed an endorsement deal with Ciroc.

According to the veteran journalist, it is only a PR stunt by Tacha and her management to gather more fans and create awareness.

Justifying her stand, Kemi said Ciroc would definitely allow anyone to customize their bottles, and Tacha’s customized Ciroc bottles are mere gifts from the company, not an endorsement.

In her words;

“My second degree is Public Relations Management. We have something called PR Stunts. It’s used to create awareness for our clients. Tacha did not FaceTime Jack Dorsey nor sign a deal with Ciroc. It’s a customized gift set. No contract was signed”.
