TWO DAYS LATER
Metatron sat down on the bed and watched the TV so seriously that Yvonne stared at him
“And why are you so serious watching that?” she said
“I believe she is saying something very important” he said with eyes in the screen
“Something like what? She is a news caster she should be saying important things” Yvonne said
“Then why are you not listening? She said Fulani herdsmen invades a village in Benue state and killed 7”
“So?”
“Shouldn’t we go eliminate the Fulani herdsmen” he said
“Wow… chill baby boy, that is the work of the police and the problem of the government”
“Who is police? Is he strong enough to take them down”
“The police is not a he… the police is a force, they are in charge of arrested criminals… so far they are most useless force in the country” she explained but he stares blankly at her
“Don’t you understand?”
“I don’t” he replied then looked back at the TV
“They catch criminals, people who do bad things”
“What are criminals?” he asked
“Seriously?!” she exclaimed then he laughed; it was the first time and Yvonne looked a little surprised
“I was just joking… of cause I know the meaning of all you have been saying”
“Really! So you deliberately frustrating me” she said laughing
“Yes… I love the frustrated face you make” he smiled
“I’m so going to kill you one of these days” she said as she grabbed his neck and he laughed. She was set to go out.
“Where are you going?” he asked
“You mean where are we going” she corrected
“Where are we going?”
“We are going to a club” she said
“A club” he repeated
“Yes a Club, it’s a place for fun and dancing” she said, she was dressed in a nice Black jean pants, black sneakers, black shirt and allowing her hair spread on her shoulder
“How do I look” she asked him
“You look different” he said
“Of cause I should look different” she said
“You look Beautiful’ he said
“Thank you” she said smiling.
“So what now?” he said
“Now you change” she said
“What do you mean?”
“I mean your clothes, I got new ones, you can’t go there like this”
“Why?” he asked
“No questions asked, just change” she said then pulled out some clothes from the wardrobe
“Here you go” she stretched the clothes to him and in a blink he was in the clothes
“Wow… How did you do that?”
“Just did it” he said
“I like it” she smiled – it was a white body hug, black jean and black sneakers
“How do I look?” he asked
“You look beautiful” she said
“I know” he agreed

They went downstairs, a lot of eyes stared at them because they were both an attraction
“Waw madam you look…hot” Shannel said with a smile
“(laughs)I know right? Thanks dear” Yvonne replied, Shannel looked at Metatron then smiled
“Good morning sir” Shannel said
“You look happy” Metatron said
“Thanks for what you said the other day… you were right” she said
“Happy to be of help”
“But how did you know” she asked
“I am a Leviathan” he said smiling like it\s an everyday profession
“Sorry I don’t follow” she said, clearly didn’t understand what he said but Yvonne had to cut in
“That’s a long story Shannel, we’ve got to go” Yvonne said then pulled Metatron along before he began prophesying again
“Don’t go around telling people about your Levi self” she said
‘But I am proud of who I am and so should you” he said, she rolled her eyes
“You don’t need to remind me… These people are not from your planet so don’t get them confused with your celestial race type… you say it like being a Leviathan is an everyday profession here” she said as they headed for her car; a black Range Rover sport, they both entered the car when she remembered something
“We need to do something” she said
“What’s that?” Metatron asked
“Your name” she said
“What about my name” he asked
“We need to change it” she said
“No way, As the Lord Liveth that name will not change” he said, she brows shot up in surprise then scoffs lightly
“Okay chill… We are not changing it but you need something to be recognized with because that name is weird to people on earth” she said
“It’s the name of a powerful warrior… I alone bare that name in the realms of heaven” he said sounding very confident
“I know… I know… Whatever… it still sounds like a name I would give to my new robot transformer?” she said
“What’s a transformer?” he asked and she outrightly rejected to answer the question
“We are definitely not having that conversation… ok now let me think of a name for you” she thought for about 5secs
“Yes Arnold” she snapped in the air as her eyes widened in excitement, she turned to look at him
“What kind of name is that?” he asked
“It’s a fine name love” she said
“Why that one?”
“Because you are the super man body type, handsome and strong and it’s the name of a popular handsome celebrity just like you” she said
“I will not hide in the shadow of mere men”
“No, that’s not what I meant… With that name people will find it easier to accept you but with Metatron things could be a little tough” she said and he was silent for some seconds
“I will trust your words” he said
“Besides Arnold Schwarzenegger is one of my favourite celebrities”
“Ok?” he said and that’s when she remembered that his use of OK pisses her off
“What’s with the Ok thing, try saying ‘understood’ or ‘Alright' not ‘ok’ing everything I say ” she said
“Understood… Alright”
“Jesus… Don’t use both at the same time”
“I was just testing both to see which one fits” he said, she stared at him with a “who the hell are you” look
“(Sighs) Whatever… Now we are going somewhere and if anyone asks you about me just tell them I'm your girlfriend, ok?”
“Understood”
“Good… No long story of how you came to earth, how your father loves to change your diapers and all that stuff, ok?”
“But why change your name to Girlfriend?” he got curious
“Arnold no… It’s not my name… A girlfriend is a title… like a girl who has a boyfriend’
“Who is a boyfriend?” he asked
“Jesus Christ… I would have to register you in a primary school where you can get basic education” she was already frustrated “A boyfriend is a man who loves a woman and would do anything to protect her at all cost, can you do that?” she said – where did she get such definitions
“Definitely” he said boldly
“Do I have to teach you everything” she asked, she looked a little frustrated, he smiled
“Not really… I just like to see that frustration on your face” he said – so he knew what he was doing all the while
“What!” she looked surprised
“You’re really beautiful with those expressions” he complimented, she just stared at him not knowing how to react then she gave out a short laugh
“Jeez… You are crazy” she smiled then started the car
“Can I ask you something?” he said
“Sure”
“Are you in love with me?” he said, the question was unexpected and hit her off guard and she froze for a second
“I… No… Of cause not” she said then looked at him, his eyes stared at her like they could see lies, she quickly looked away
“You are lying” he said
“God! You are so honest” she said it like it was to be hated
“Isn’t that a good thing?”
“Well it is… But in your case I don’t know what to say”
“Don’t you lie?” she asked
“Never happened… Why should I lie when I know the truth? Lies complicate things and you’d have to lie to protect a lie, it is like an onion, the layers never stop growing out”
“Hmmmm… you are quite the smart ass” she reacted then stared at him for a while
“It’s a good thing though but in our world sometimes you just have to dilute the truth” she said
“More reason you all don’t have peace… you have a world built heavily on so much lies that if the truth breaks out today, they would be an instant world war”
“That’s not true” she protested
“Why do you lie?” he asked her
“Because the truth is bitter and lying save you a lot of problems” she said
“No… Because you deliberately do the wrong things even when you know the right thing to do… if an action is going to make you lie, why do it? Selfishness” he said and she remained silent
“How about you stop doing the things that makes you lie” he said… she thought about it for a while then drove off…


1:00pm
Yvonne drove to a club that was off the island, in the mainland
“This is a new club and its bubbling with people. We are going to have fun” she said smiling at Metatron (now Arnold) who was silent. She stepped out of the car with him. The streets had few people going and coming, people going into the club. It was a peaceful environment – two bouncers standing outside but as they approached the entrance Arnold stopped. She walked forward and noticed he was not with her; she looked back and saw him staring at the building
“What… let’s go” she said
“I can’t go in there” he said to her shock
“Why” she walked back to him “was he going to do this again?” she pondered
“I don’t associate with rivals” he said, she was clearly confused
“What the hell are you talking about?” she asked
“This is a den of iniquity” he said turning to her, that one caught her off guard
“Jesus… what the hell does that even mean? Why didn’t you say something since”
“No offense but Lucifer is in possession of this place and we are not compatible terms” he said
“That sound like pride” she said then waited for his reply but he was silent
“Ok then how about we go in and over throw him” she said
“Such decision might not be in your favour, and besides these are his works and I will not be part of it” he said insisting with returning impatience
“Oh God here we go again” she wasn’t happy, she looked around curiously as she bit down on her lower lip with brows shot up
“Lucifer rebelled against our father” he said
“Come on don’t allow your beefing get into your head” she said
“This is not a beef!!” his vexation was evident and she could see the anger
“Woow, I'm so sorry… you know what? Let’s go home’ she said and walked away, they stood beside the car and were both silent for like 10secs, he could tell he had upset her because she was quiet, withdrawn and worried
“My apologies for such anger” he said
“It’s ok I get it” she said faking a smile
“It’s fake” he said
“What is fake?” she asked
“The smile on your fake” he said, she didn’t know how to make it look real so she looked away
“Hey babe” a voice said from behind, she looked behind her to see three men standing in a short distance and calling, they appeared to be thugs so she ignored then
“Hello I am talking to you” he said aloud as he moved closer, he seemed determined
“I am not interested in any conversation so just leave me alone” she replied and suddenly he grabbed her arm roughly and turned her to face him not even minding the fact that she was standing with somebody, they looked dangerous.
“Look at me when I am talking to you” he said rudely, he had the smoke of confidence steaming through him
“Are you mad? Can’t you see I am with someone?” she glared at him with reproachful eyes
“Is that why you should ignore me?” he questioned, Arnold moved closer
“You seriously lack manners in all aspect” Arnold said
“Are you talking to me?” he walked closer to Arnold and stood face to face – Arnold appeared to be about a feet taller
“I don’t like the smell of your face… move” Arnold said
“You have made the greatest mistake of your life” he said to Arnold. Arnold noticed his weird tattoo
“Leave my face before I make you as ugly as your tattoo” Arnold said
“(chuckles) you no dey fear oh… white boy this is the streets of Nigeria, this is not America” he said then put his hand on Arnold’s shoulder what he clearly shouldn’t have done.
If not for over confidence he wouldn’t make such mistake – Arnold grabbed that hand squeezed it so painfully that he screamed in pain, still holding on to that hand Arnold throws him across the gutter in one fling, the second pulled out a knife in shock
“Are you seriously going to do that” Arnold said, he made the attempt to stab Arnold who grabbed him arm and turned the knife to his own stomach and fatally stabbed him twice, Yvonne turned her face away for it was too much for her. Arnold lifted him with the knife in his stomach and threw him in the gutter where he smashes his head on the ground, the last one pulled backwards in fear
“You are the wise one” Arnold said to him
“Leave before your brains touch dust” Arnold said and he turned and ran off immediately
“Let’s leave here before more comes back” Yvonne said and they both got into the car and drove off…

She parked the car by the road
“Thanks for protecting me” she said
“You’re welcome” he replied, she looked across the road and saw Chicken Republic
“Are you hungry?” she asked
“NO”
“I am” she said then got out the car and together they crossed the road, she had enough to eat
“I am tired” she said
“I thought after eating you gain strength” he said
“I beg you in the name of your father, don’t start” she had to put a stop to him
Back in the car she rested her head on the head rest
“Are you okay?” he asked, she looked at him then looked away
“What a wasted day” she said, he could read the disappointment in her face
“I’m sorry” he said, she looked at him
“Maybe today won’t be that wasteful after all… Tell me, about yourself. Who are you really?” she said
“I'm a Leviathan”
“Yeah I know, you said that like a million times… ok why don’t you have wings? I thought all heavenly creatures go about with their chicken feathers or soemthing” she asked
“Leviathans don’t have wings but can fly and move faster than light. Angels have wings but not all do”
“Ok, so why did you leave heaven” she asked and he paused, that question hit him hard because it was the forbidden question, there was no way she was knowing that
“Did you hear me?” she said
“Yeah, it’s a long story” he said
“Well, we are going to be together for a while maybe forever, maybe?” she said
“I can’t tell you that, for there are things which man shouldn’t know” he said. He was hiding something from her, something he doesn’t want to tell her which might change his relationship with her and he wouldn’t get what he came for. She holds something very important but she doesn’t know it.
“Ok then. tell me, do you like men?” she asked
“I have no reason to hate them but you all have one problem” he said
“What’s that?”
“It’s Selfishness and pride”
“That’s two problems”
“Your problems are much actually” he said
“Yeah, we’re proud of ourselves… we are not perfect” she said, he looked at her
“Can I ask you something” he said
“Yeah sure”
“Why do you all feel so important?”
“Why shouldn’t we? Of cause we are important even God knows that” she said and he laughed, it surprised her
“You think you are important? When man dies his body smells, when a Leviathan dies there is a sweet smell… Or do you think man is a priority to God? You think you live long and fulfilled but you’re wrong” he said
“Are you jealous of men? And that sounds like pride” she said
“You think its jealousy” he said
“God does care about us, right?” she asked
“Do you care about yourselves? That should be your question”
“Just answer, does he care?”
“He loves everything he made but You are not the only creatures… you are not even his best creation… there are billions of morning stars in the universe all these stars hold a solar system with beautiful creatures scattered all over in it so if you think you are the most important or the best or most loved then you are wrong”
“What other creatures? Outside the planet there is no life” she said
“Things that are seen, are made of things that do not appear; things that do not appear are made into things that appear” he said
“I don’t get what you say”
“Man doesn’t know 0.1% of discovery in your universe… It takes man forever to arrive Pluto talk less of the next galaxy… Your technology is weak… Have you ever taken a trip to the universe?”
“Not really, just pictures on paper”
“It’s more beautiful than what you see on paper” he said
“Tell me about the moon” she said
“The moon is like earth’s battery, it does much more than what man thinks and sees”
“And the sun?”
“The sun is a world of its own, the liquid fire and light holds your planets… there is a big secret in the sun”
“What secret”
“I can’t tell you that”
“And how does the sun hold the planets”
“The planets are like particles caught up in a tornado, they are like particles to the sun and its fire and light works with time to displace gravity and keep the planets at horizon
“Interesting”
“I was there when they were made”
“I wish I was” she said
“We could make a trio to space one day”
“I would love that” she smiled

Getting back to the hotel, Yvonne was tired that she just sank into the bed and slept off, Arnold kissed her forehead head then vanished…
Yvonne had no idea what awaited her in a short time, although not death but trouble and more chaos…. Whatever she was calling fun was about to be ruined by chaos.

20mins and she was still not out of the bathroom, Metatron looked around the room, he looked at the wall of the bathroom and could see Yvonne, then he said
“You have the body of your mother Eve” he said aloud but there was no response and after 10 mins she came out with a towel
“Why would you say that to me” she said
“I saw your body” he said
“You were spyingon me?” she said
“Do I need to? I was sitting on the bed and I could see you in there” he replied
“So you can see through wall too… oh my God” she rolled her eyes
“Through anything” he replied
“Don’t ever do that again” shepointed at him and walked to the wardrobe
“Ok but… but nothing” she interrupted, he sat there on the bed; she turned to look at him and saw him staring at her
“What is it?” he asked; she was a little bit surprised as both her brows shot up in surprise
“So you can’t read my mind now?” she questioned
“Yes I can” he replied firmly
“So what am I thinking?” she asked
“You wish for me to turn my face away” he said
“So what are you waiting for? Or go wait in the sitting room” she said as she turned to face the wardrobe
“I saw my father create your mother Eve and adored her with that body so what use is it?” he said, she was getting really irritated by the father figure he kept mentioning, she turned to look at him as she pressed her lips together in what seemed like anger
“If you mention your father one more time I will murder you, I'm Yvonne and this is my body and I don’t want you to see it, at least not yet” she said and he turned his head away
“Good and don’t look” she said & dropped her towel
“It’s beautiful” he said without looking, she turned to look at him
“What is beautiful?” she asked
“Your body” he said, she sighs in frustration
“Will you stop talking about my body? It’s not to be discussed… you should have stayed in the other room” she said putting on a jean
“But you said I should compliment hard works”
“Yes? And you think my body is somebody’s handwork?”
“Yes, it’s my fathers’” he said
“Enough about you and your father and heavenly brothers, ok?... I beg you in the name of God… in the name of your father, please stop" she said expressing a vulnerable face
“Ok” he said. She dressed up in a nice white T-shirt and a black jeans and a nice shoe. She packed her hair with a band then picked up her purse and phone
“Lets go” she said smiling
“Where are we going?” he asked
“To the Cinema of cause”
“To do what”
“To watch a movie” she said
“Ok” he said and looked at the clock and it was 3:00pm
“What? Are you going somewhere?” she asked
“No”
“OK, let’s go” she said and left with him.
He looked around as he arrived at the entrance of the cinema, there was a small post with a title “FASTER 3:00pm” .She bought two tickets at the entrance and they both went in; the cinema had few persons, she sat at the back, some distance away from the exit door he wedged himself into the seat next to her then he looked at her intently while she stared at the TV
“The movie’s title is Faster; Dwayne Johnson is the main character. The movie is awesome” she said and after 5mins
“Why did he shoot that guy?” he asked, she wished inside of her he didn’t ask
“Actually, that guy is one of the people who killed his brother so he came back to take revenge” she said with an ice cream in her hand
“Revenge should be carried out by God” Metatron said, she saw that coming
“Please don’t start… This is just a movie so don’t take it personal” she saidturning away not waiting an answer
“Whatever it’s called, that doesn’t mean he should kill” Metatron said
“Metatron, it’s a movie which means it’s not real, ok?” she saidthen licked her ice cream
“So you are saying the guy is not dead”
“Yes, he’s not dead”
“It’s just acting, my dear” she felt satisfied that he got an answer and would remain quiet but she was wrong
“If its not real then why waste your time watching it? They are of cause fooling around” he said
“Actually, they are not fooling around. Its called entertainment” she said
“Entertainment” he repeated
“Yeah, you want some ice cream?” she quickly changed the topic
“No thanks I don’t get hungry” he said, she paused then looked at him
“First of all, you need to stop saying things like you are boasting about it, people don’t like that because its cocky, okay?”
“Ok"
“But you can eat” she said
“yes”
“Good, then have a taste” she said
“No thank you”
“I'm not asking you? I'm ordering you” she said stretching the spoon of cream to his mouth
“I can’t take orders from you” he said firmly
“Come on I’m just joking… are you a machine or what? Just a little, I just want you to join me, please” she begged with an innocent look causing her eyebrows to rise slowly
“Alright” he said and took the cream in his mouth
“Don’t you like it?” she said, he paused processing the taste and finding the words to describe it
“It’s almost perfect” he said
“Yeah, its strawberry” she said smiling at him
“Its good” he said as an easy smile played at the corner of his mouth, she was surprised, his smile made her defenses melt away
“Awwwwn, is that a smile on your face?” she asked, excitement on her face as she touched his face
“I guess so” he said
“Yes and you look good… obviously I need to get more ice cream for you more often” she said touching his face—somebody interrupted their moment
“Hello there, miss” a voice said and she turned to see the guy she met at the cinema the last time
“You again” she said
“Yes me” he smiled as he sat down beside her, she slowly adjusted her shoulder and face to look at him; it was his confidence to seat without permission that amused her
“What are you doing?” she said, he could see the discomfort in her eyes
“Just want to hang out with you” he said with no worries
“I see that you do not have manners, cant you see I'm with someone?” she said
“Oh sorry, hey there Dude I'm Michael” he said stretching his hand but Metatron didn’t receive it
“Change that name” Metatron said without looking at him
“Why” he asked
“Because Michael would not be happy you are bearing his name”Metatron said
“(laughs) and why is that… who is Michael” he looked confused, Yvonne knew he was referring to Angel Michael
“He the brave and fearless… but you are not like that” Metatron said
“And what does that mean?” Michael said
It means you are a coward… and worse you only lay with women and lavish money” Metatron said
“Metatron stop it” Yvonne said
“(Laughs) White boy, you know I can make your life a misery in this country” Michael said
“Okay stop… He’s not a white boy and I think you need to leave” Yvonne said
“I see, I’ll deal with you” Michael said and walked away
“Metatron are you trying to make enemies” She said, Metatron remained silent for some seconds
“Give me a minute” he said and stood up, followed Michael
“Where are you going?” she said
“Sit there, I’ll be back” he said and left…

He followed Michael who entered into the men’s restroom. Metatron entered into the Restroom and there he saw Michael washing his hands in one of the washing bowls. Metatron walked over and stood beside him
“So you have the guts to follow me in here” Michael said without looking at him
“How do you use these” Metatron asked looking at the wash bowl in front of him, Michael turned his head to look at him
“Listen white boy… “Michael said and the next thing that happened was not expected, Metatronsuddenly grabbed him by the back of his neck, their eyes locked briefly for a second with Michael clearly lost then what followed was a hard slam, he slammed Michael’s face on the ceramics bowl, breaking Michael’s nose and leaving blood stain on the bowl, he fell with a bleeding broken nose
“What the Bleep” Michael said crawling on the floor and shouting in pain then he suddenly brought out a gun and pointed at Metatron
“Some of you humans are horrible” he said
You are so fucking dead ” Michael saidgripping the gun tight, he pulled the trigger but nothing happened to his surprise, he tried again but nothing
“I hate to break the rulesbutwhat I can’t take is threat from anymortal… you are just little mortal man” he said
“I’ll fucking kill you” Michael said trying to getting up butMetatron grabbed him by the neck and smashed his head on a mirror, breaking the mirror to pieces and knocking him out instantly. Metatronstared at him then walked out of the Men’s room and back to the cinema
“Where did you go” Yvonne asked, she clearly looked curious
“I went to the rest room” he said comfortably as he relaxed into the chair
“Rest room? How did you know the rest room?”
“I followed someone” he said
“Oh no, don’t tell me you followed Michael”
“Yes, Idid” he said, she had a bad feeling about that
“What? What did you do to him?” She asked
“Don’t worry about him, he’s resting” he said
“Resting?” she thought
“Yes Resting in the rest room” he said with a smile that was without humor
“Don’t you smile like that” she felt that smile was uncomfortable
“Why?”
“It looks evil”
“Alright, then let’s relax and watch the movie” he said then pulled her close to his side into his embrace, she was a little caught off guard because she wasn’t expecting that but then slowly her lips broke into a fine open smile
“Now you are acting like a man” she relaxed in his arm and licking her Ice cream.
They watched 3 movies and it was now 8:00pm and they left the cinema and went to their room.
“Oh God I am so tired” she said as she fell lazily on the bed, he stood with hands in his pocketstaring at her as she laid with eyes closed… she was a beauty indeed, she opened her eyes looking directly at the ceiling
“Metatron” she called
“Yes” he replied as he sat on the arm chair in the room
“Do you guys sleep?” she asked
“Some of us do” he said and she turned her head to look at him
“Do you?” she had to be specific
“Yes I do but I am not tired”
“When do you get tired?”she adjusted her lying down as she rests slowly on her elbows
“After a thousand years I rest for a hundred days” he said and she sat up
“Is that a joke?” she said with a straight face, he chuckled lightly
“Of cause it was" he smiled, she sighs then falls back to the bed
“You never cease to amaze me” she replied… there was silence between them, she turned her head to look at him, he sat there looking at her
“Why are you sitting there? Come lie beside me”
“But I am not tired” he said
“I know, I just feel safer with you beside me” he looked at her for a while then raised himself up from the chair, walked over and sat beside her.
He looked her in the eyes then stroked her hair slowly, she closed her eyes briefly as a smile curved on her lips, her hand touched his thigh as he stroked softly, her fingers gripped a little tighter on his thigh. He could feel a sexual heat building in her, he stopped stroking and she opened her eyes, she saw him staring into her eyes, she felt like moving up and kissing his lips
“Why did you stop?” the tone of her voice had adjusted to the warm moment
“I'm not going anywhere" he said to her, she smiled the she adjusted and rested her head on his thigh, he could hear a soft and peaceful heart beat in her chest she smiled then closed her eyes.
In her head she wished he would put his arms around her waist
“Why do you want me to do that?” he read the thought, she smiled softly
“You entered my head without permission again” she said softly with eyes closed
“Apologies” he said and they were both silent again
“Well you read my mind so do it” she said and he slowly put his arms around her waist then rubbed her stomach softly she smiled, her flesh felt soft woolhe then laid down on the bed, she adjusted herself to his chest and he embraced her a little tightly as she fell asleep

11: A LITTLE FUN


Maria carried Audrey and Rachael in her car, going back to the house a conversation ensured
“Who the hell is that guy?” Rachael said, she appeared pretty curious
“Yvonne has got a better answer to that” Maria said, her eyes on the road
“Come on, that guy talked about us like he was God” Rachael said
“It amazed me” Audrey said
“Oh so now you're seeing reasons” Maria looked at Audrey through the rear mirror
“He said he’s a lev… something… whatever that means” Audrey said
“He’s not human that I know” Maria said
“True” Audrey agreed
“I'm scared of him” Audrey said
“Yvonne was so comfortable with him” Rachael said
“What do you expect?” Maria said
“Girl, I think we should worry about what he said” Rachael said
“Please spare me all the sentimental bullshit” Audrey said
“I cant worry about what I don’t understand and besides that was years ago, why didn’t we get haunted all these while" Maria said
“I'm worried about Yvonne” Rachael said
“You shouldn’t, she got herself into this” Audrey said

Now this wasn’t adding up correctly, why would an angel or Leviathan come down from heaven or wherever just to help a random girl? The solution to their problem wasn’t even so difficult but he had refused to reveal it yet.
And now deciding to play along with Yvonne, he definitely wasn’t doing this for nothing, there was something he was not telling Yvonne. He was most probably building a relationship now with Yvonne for his own very advantage to achieve his goal… what if Yvonne was the goal? He was here for something way bigger than Yvonne’s problems…

Yvonne entered the reception with Metatron, he looked around the place
“Why do men struggle to build all these?” he asked
“Isn’t it worth it?” she asked
“You try to make your homes like heaven but you are not even close”
“Is that how you compliment our hard work” she said
“I’m just being Honest” he said, she shook her head in dismay
“Honesty is not always the best policy” she said
“That sounds like an adulterated belief” he said and her left eye brow rose a fraction
“Listen, I think you should also learn to compliment our works” she said walking to the receptionist
“Good day Madam”
“Good day” Yvonne replied
“You weren’t home yesterday” the receptionist said
“Yes I had a little problem to handle” she said
“Hope everything is fine now” the receptionist asked
“Yes it is thank you” she replied with a smile
‘No it isn’t” Metatron said from behind her
“Stop it” she said
“Good day sir” the receptionist said
“What’s your name” he asked without smiling
“Shannel” she said smiling

“(chuckles) No I'm not” she said smiling
“Please don’t try flirting with her” Yvonne saidrolling her eyes
“Sssshhhh” he said to Yvonne, Yvonne’s eyes widened in disbelief

“Excuse me?” Shannelreplied
“No excuses, he’s a fugitive and has nothing other than lust for you and once he’s done nothing more” Metatron said, Shannel's eyebrows shot up in surprise
“How can you say that? How did you know?” Shannel’s facial expression changed as her brows drew together slightly to form a frown
“Because am a Lev…. I'm so sorry about that” Yvonne said and dragged Metatron away
“What the hell was that?” Yvonne said as they left the reception
“I just wanted to help her out… she needed it” he said, Yvonne tilted her brow, looking at him with uncertainty
“That’s not how to help people around here… what you did was hurtful” She said
“No she was thinking about it” he said
“Yeah, and it hurt her damn it” she said
“But it was the truth” he said, she sighs
“Enough please” she said walking towards the elevator
They both went into the elevator and it started moving up
“Why do I feel like am being elevated” he elevator
“That’s because you are in an elevator” she said
“You have levitators on your planet? Not bad” he said
“Do you have teleportation tubes, Vanishing lasers and Time box?”
“In our movies yes, in reality? No” she said pressing her phone, she wished he could just stop talking about heaven.
“Take me to it” he requested, she raised her face in frustration
“Mr. Man, All I am trying to say is… we don’t have it!” she was getting frustrated
“But you said you have it in your movies” he reminded her
“Jesus Christ… Can you stop talking for like 5 Seconds” she said, he remain quiet for 5 seconds

“You must be a malfunctioning robot… if you keep talking about heaven you are going to sound like a serial killer to me” she walked out of the elevator
They arrived on their floor and walked to her room door and as they arrived, Yvonne put her hand in her bag and brought out her key and as she was about to put the key in the hole the door suddenly opened, she was surprised but remembered that Metatron was behind her, she then turned to him
“Did you do that?” she asked with a surprised face
“Why put that, when you could just open it” he said
“Well my dear, I cant open a door without the key because its locked” she said going in
“Well you should have just ordered it open and it will” he said
“yeah thanks but I do not have such magical powers like you“ she said walking to the room
“Its not magic and I don’t use magic except for war” he said, she stopped then turned, her face looked a little puzzled but curious
“Hmmm” she frowned slightly with curiosity “If it’s not magic then what is it?” she asked
“Its actually faith, my father gave you all faith but you refuse to use it” he said, she rolled her eyes and walked into the room while he followed
“Boooooring" she said sluggishly
“Not it is not"
“Are you serious right now? Please don’t start” she asked
“Yes”
“God, you are so boring” she said dropping her bag and walking into the bathroom
“So you say but you haven’t seen a thing about me” he replied, she stopped at the bathroom door and turned
“You know what, lets go see a movie later” she said
“No let’s look for the Solution to your problem” he said
“I thought you said when I am ready” she put up a sad face
“Ok whatever you say” he agreed
“Thanks, so we can have fun” she smiled
“A little slumber, a little folding of hands, laziness comes” he said
“Who’s slumbering or folding hands all we want to do is have fun besides I can’t wait to show you off to people” she said and walked to him and sat beside him
“like I said, whatever you want” he said
“Good boy” she said getting up
“One more thing’ she said and sat down
“What is it?” he said and she smiled
“You are freaking handsome and I'm sure if we hit a club the ladies would all drop dead. What do you think?” she said smiling, he looked confused
“I think we shouldn’t go” he said
“Why?”
“Because they’ll all drop dead” he said and she laughed
“Oh come on, that’s not what I meant dumbass… I mean, they’ll love you” she said
“Most possibly because we were made more beautiful than humans”
“Here we go again… for your mind… Anyway enough of your heaven life” she said
“Ok” he replied, she paused then smiled
“Have you had sex before? Oh sorry you probably don’t understand what that means” she asked him?
“My father created sex and to man he gave as a gift”
“Waw seriously? So what about you”
“We have orders not to lay with the men”
“So you can have sex that’s good (She smiles) and as for laying with men, you are not laying with men but with woman and that’s me” she said pulling him up and touching his face
“We have a problem at hand now” he said
“Oh shut up, don’t talk about that again” she said touching his chest then kissed him
“You cant seduce me. I can choose not too” he said
“You better choose too” she said trying to unbuckle his trouser but he held her hand and looked into her eyes
“May be not today, you look like you would eat me alive” he said, she laughed then she stopped and moved back
“You are very tempting indeed but I won’t do that” he said
“Why?”
“I do not wish to disobey”
“What’s with you guys and your father? Look around you baby boy it’s just you and I”
“It’s punishable”
“Please spare me all that” she said walking away
“We may be powerful but we can also be seduced by the beauty of women but we have the ability to choose either going in or not” he said, she then walked closer to him
“Alright daddy’s boy but listen to me, when this is all over I'm definitely going to have sex with you, I can’t let you go back to heaven as a virgin” she said and walked into the bathroom…

Yvonne arrived at C.M.S an Anglican church in Lagos island, she entered the church it appeared to be a very large church, she saw someone sitting on one of the benches, she knew it was him so she walked over to him and sat beside him, he was in a black suit and red tie
“Ok tell me what I forgot” she said
“Let your friends arrive” he said without looking at her but seemed focus on the stone cross at the altar
“How…. How did you know I called my friends” she looked surprised
“Why is that stone cross on the altar” he asked ignoring her question
“Excuse me? (she was surprised at the way he changed subject matters) I..I don’t know? Maybe its some kind of respect or something”
“You speak like it means nothing” he said turning his face to her
“Why? Should it mean a thing to me? I don’t even go to church, I stopped believing in God ever since I lost my parents who died in the church”
“Maybe I should tell you this” he said
“what”
“God doesn’t care who believes in him or not”
“Yeah, just as I expected” she said and they were both silent for a while
“Its more complicated than you think… (he was silent a while) You believe God killed your parents” he said, she paused then replied
“Well, sort of”
“Free will killed your parents not God”
“What are you saying? Suicide bombers attacked the church, why didn’t your God your father stop them”
“Imagine a situation where God begins to save everybody from dying… that would be more problem than good for you and everyone… you misunderstand the purpose of God"
“That sounds like what he should be doing… saving people” Yvonne said
“Do you any idea how many worlds are out there? If you did you’d understand that man is a fraction of the multitude of life… all you have is His Presence present in the first heaven to bring balance to your universe but God in his greatest form is not accessible to man… he doesn’t sit on a throne watching over the earth"
“I don’t understand what you are saying but all I know is that he watched it happen and did nothing which means he did” she said
“You are not proving anything” he said looking at the cross
“Of cause I am” she said loudly looking at him
“Everything happens for a reason and a purpose” he said
“What reason? What purpose? What could be more important than the lives of my parents”
“You are just like every other man… selfish and self-centered, care only for yourselves, if the first heaven had a scale of importance what makes you think you would make the list” he said, she was speechless
“You sound jealous” she said
“Nothing you do here faults the heavens, the results you get are all a construct of your actions…stop looking out for higher entities to cast your blames on, own your faults and strive to make your world a better place… God still doesn’t care so you better take your mind away from that, maybe you should lay your lamentations before the Begotten given to you… the one you killed on a wooden cross”
“I don’t understand what you just said” she looked confused
“Maybe this will clear your mind… your father was the suicide bomber” he said and she was shocked
“What!”
“He accepted the offer to wear the explosives into the church after he was paid heavily… that money changed your life” She was speechless
“Wh… What?” she said almost inaudibly
“The truth”
“My father was poor, what did you expect?” she tried to defend her father
“Your father was poor, billions are poor so why should your father’s poverty bother anyone? Like I said earlier, this has nothing to do with God”
“The heaven is not responsible for your poverty or wealth, its angels can only help you create opportunities, His Presence gave you brains so he can rest from troubles like yours” he said looking at the cross, she was quiet, she knew all he said was true because no one could have guessed that.

“Yvonne!” Maria yelled as she entered the church, Yvonne cleared her eyes and turned to see Maria, she stood up and walked to Maria
“Hey Maria” she said and hugged Maria, she saw Rachael and Audrey
“No, why did you bring them” Yvonne said
“What are you talking about” Rachael said
“Yes there’s a problem” Yvonne said
“What problem?” Maria asked
“It’s complicated, I don’t even know” Yvonne said
“Who’s the white man over there?” Audrey asked
“you wont believe me if I told you” Yvonne said in a low tone
“Try Me” Audrey said coming closer
“He is the one who has been appearing to me… He’s some kind of Angel” she whispered to them; the three of them looked at each other and busted into laughter
“Excuse me?” Maria said
“I am not an Angel” he said and stood up then turned to face them
“Woow” Maria said
“Now that is a very beautiful man” Audrey said –the next most noticed feature was his eyes and fine body
“Right now I believe you have something bigger to worry about” he said
“Ladies this is Metatron and he’s huumm… I’m a Leviathan” he cuts her words
“Le What? What the hell does that mean?” Maria said laughing but he kept a straight face
“That is not your problem, the problem now is that your lives are endangered”
“Look, I hate threats and this is becoming boring” Audrey said
“Look, I hate oblivion. Can someone tell me something reasonable?” Rachael said
“Meet me in Yvonne’s car” he said and walked out of the church. They just stood there looking at him
“Who the hell is that guy?” Rachael said
“You need to see the way he came to me” Yvonne said and walked out too and they followed her.
As they got outside Yvonne entered the car but her friends stood outside
“Will you guys come in or what?” Yvonne said sticking her head out the window then they entered
“Ok tell us” Yvonne said to Metatron who looked all of them in the face
“Six years ago when you (Yvonne) serviced according to the laws of your land, you met three ladies who you became best of friends with (Maria, Audrey and Rachael) because you all share a lot in common and having same spirit. Yvonne and Maria were then posted to a government college while Audrey and Rachael were sent to a governmental organization all in the same state (Delta) but 8months into your service you girls went out together and took a long walk into town and your feet led you into a village. In that village you came across a house in a lonely part, it was old and damaged; there was a sign in front of the house “Cursed House No Entry”, but you ladies found it humorous and decided to enter” the ladies listened with kin interest
“And in your attempt to enter an old lady warned you of the consequences but you wouldn’t listen… you all entered with Yvonne being the chief adventurer, you were all marked the moment you set foot in that compound. You touched things in the house but at the sighting of a decaying body hanging in one of the rooms you all ran out… Yvonne you are the major link to your friends because you led the way” there was silence in the car as they stared at him
“Now tell me where I lied” he said without looking at them
“Please help us” Yvonne said and breaking the long silence
“No this is crazy” Rachael said
“Yes” Audrey agreed
“OK you were able to tell us about our past, I don’t know but you are probably some kind of psychic or something or maybe a prophet but all that curse thing is bullshit” Rachael said
“Yvonne I have been trying to help you but you kept rejecting my help. I sent you a number” he said and Yvonne remembered the paper
“But that was creepy and scary” she said
“You haven’t seen anything scary” he said
“Okay enough of all these… what is going on here?” Maria said
“This is all bullshit, if this thing wanted to attack us (that’s if it exists) it would have done that long ago” Audrey said
“My point exactly” Rachael said
“I can take you somewhere safe”
“I'm not interested” Rachael said
“Me too” Audrey said
“This is our life ladies” Yvonne said
“I have a husband and home to run” Maria said
“Well then you all can stay… Yvonne can come” he said
“What? Why me?” she protested
“Because you are head of the list” he said
“Better, don’t worry Yvonne I’ll pray for you” Rachael said and Maria laughed
“You don’t pray?” Maria said
“well, I’ll start now for my baby girl” she replied
“You all think this is funny” he said
“Look, I have to go now, ok? I’m so not interested in all these… see you later Yvonne and have a nice trip” Audrey said and walked out of the car
“Me too” Maria said and followed with Rachael
After they left he turned to Yvonne
“Don’t be afraid, I’ll help you” he said
“Honestly I am afraid”
“Alright, take your time and whenever you are ready I will take you see someone who can help” he said
“alright then, thanks for understanding but I want you to stay with me” she said
“I'm not going anywhere” he said
“Yes!!” she said happily
“So what now?” he said
“Now, you blend into mankind” she said
“Why would I need to do that? I am not a man”
“That’s the point… you need to make people accept you”
“I already did that” he said
“No not like that? No man falls from the sky like that and crushes a trailer?”
“But what did you expect, it was coming right at you” he said
“Yeah I know and thanks for that but now act like a normal man and not walking like superman “
“Ok”
“One more thing, please learn how to smile” she said
“I can’t” he replied
“Good, I’ll teach you” she said and moved closer to him; she puts her hand on his face and touched his cheeks lightly with her palm then uses her thumbs to push the sides of his mouth in opposite directions upwards
“Now that how to smile” she said holding his face
“Ok, I’ll practice”
“Good, practice with your thumbs like that” she said
“Ok”
“Alright, now we are going back to my hotel room”
“Ok”
“Good and please don’t do anything scary… don’t freak people out with your powers okay?” she said
“Ok” he replied; she started the car and drove off…

Maria looked troubled and restless, her fingers sweating lightly, she picked up her phone and decided to call Rachael and tell her
“Hello Rachael”
“Maria”
“There’s a problem” Maria said
“What”
“Yvonne is going crazy”
“What? Did she escape from the hospital?”
“No, we came home and she suddenly ran out of the house claiming she saw a monster”
“Monster? This is serious” Rachael said
“Yes it is”
“I am coming to your house now” Rachael said
“Be fast” Maria said and hanged up
“What did she say?” Audrey asked
“She’s coming”
After about 15 mins Rachael arrived
“Tell me what’s happening?” Rachael said sitting down
“No what do we do?” Audrey said
“I don’t know, I’ve called her number but she didn’t pick the call” Maria said
“Where could she have gone?” Rachael asked
“She would go home” Audrey said
“No she wouldn’t”
“And why?” Rachael asked
“She’s having serious problems with James and she wants a divorce” Maria said
“Not again” Rachael said
“They never stop having problems” Audrey said
“Look, we have to find her” Rachael said and just then Maria’s phone rang
“Its Yvonne” Maria said picked the call
“Hello Yvonne what’s happening”
“Please come and Meet me at the CMS church” Yvonne said and hanged up

“What happened?” Audrey asked
“She said I should come to CMS"
“CMS? Where in particular?” Rachael said
“The church”
“Alright let’s go” Maria said and they left…

Yvonne opened her eyes and found herself in her car, she noticed the car was parked in another environment, she looked beside her and saw the stranger staring at her and she was startled so she quickly tried to open the door and run away but the door had refused to open
“Don’t worry you can’t open it” he said looking away
“Who the Bleep are you?” She said loudly
“Don’t be afraid” he said picking up a doll on the dashboard
“I said who the Bleep are you” she said almost crying
“Like I said I am Metatron and I am here to help” he said looking at the doll seriously
“Ok Mr. Metatron, please do me a favor” she said
“What is that?” he asked looking at her
“Get the Bleep out of my car and stay the Bleep away from me” she said hurriedly, he looked that her then looked away
“What happened to you yesterday in your hotel room was not a dream and if it happens a second time you might not survive it” he said ignoring her last statement
“How did you know that? Wait a minute… Jesus Christ am so confused now” she said with hands on her head
“Yeah, very human of you to be pretty confused" he said
“Bleep you… No wait how the hell did you crush that trailer? Why are you here? You must be a bad dream” she asked various questions in confusion
“Don’t be afraid” he said as he dropped the toy on the dashboard
“I’m not afraid of you” she said loudly but didn’t mean one word of it; he turned to look at her
“Good, now let’s go” he said dropping the doll
“Go where, I’m going nowhere with you” she said
“Do you always over reacting to nothing?” he said
“You call this nothing? I’m not over reacting” she said
“Unfortunately the fear in you is a positive catalyst that speeds up your reactions”
“Please leave me alone” she said in a calm voice
“We have to go now” he said
“I'm going nowhere” she said and suddenly the car started moving, she was surprised, she looked at him but he looked away
“No wait stop please” she said but it didn’t stop
“Ok I’ll drive” she yelled and it stopped. She turned on the car and started driving
“Drive to the island” he said.
For the next 5mins she kept glancing at him
“Are you an Angel” she finally said something but she wasn’t sure she wanted to say that
“But you don’t believe in Angels” he said without looking at her
“Well hum” she lost words
“I’m not an Angel” he answered just to help her get less confused
“Ok?”
“But Angels are real and don’t dispute that” he said
“Ok, so what are you?” she asked
“I’m a Leviathan” he said, she had no idea what that was
“Excuse me?” she said mockingly; he turned to look at her
“Sorry” she said and her face changed
“But what is Leviathan?” she asked
“Leviathans are powerful creatures; created by God long ago even before Angels, we have the power to do anything. We are more powerful than Angels”
“Ok? And you look like humans”
“No… humans look like us” he corrected
“Father’s handwork” he added
“Father? I see” she said
“Yvonne, please don’t be afraid of me I'm here to help” he said
“No am no longer scared, looks like we are getting along just fine" she said smiling—although she wasn’t sure for how long they would get along
“I can feel your fear and smell your lies”
“Now you are scaring me”
“I wouldn’t harm you I promise”
“Why are you helping me and what is happening?” she asked
“You’ll find out soon… I really like you” he said without smiling
“So you guys fall in love too?” she said
“We have hearts and minds like you… but I never said I love you” he said without smiling
“Aw, what a romantic face you have there” she said mocked
“Don’t mock me, that’s one of my best expression I can give” he said
“Seriously? Well, in our world we smile when we express feelings” she said
“Maybe you can teach me" He said
“You’ll learn” she said smiling
“You shouldn’t have told your friend, what happened to you”
“Why?”
“Because the demon seeks you and your friends and you just led it to them”
“I don’t understand, I’ve never done anything to attract such and as a matter of fact, I don’t go to churches or shrines”
“You speak the truth but you forget one thing” he said
“What is that?” she asked
“Meet me atCMS” he said and vanished. She still couldn’t believe all these, so she quickly called Maria to come to CMS……
