Isn't Christianity founded on certain beliefs like the belief in God as the creator of the universe and Jesus his son? Doesn't christianity pose claims about the nature of our world, how we are to live in it, and what happens when we don't stick to it's principles, and what happens when we die? Don't christians believe in these claims? So then, how is Christianity not a religion?

I actually like responses like this. It's reveals that there is actually a silver lining at the end of this mushroom cloud of religion. It illustrates the fact that there are christians who are actually sincere about the happenings in their world, and have realized the cons of religion and are subtly trying to extricate themselves from it's ugly label by using phrases like "Christianity isn't a religion." Lol.

Christianity is more of a religion than even Judaism or Islam. Because unlike Jews and muslims, you guys don't even know anything about the origin of your beliefs. You are more or less puppets, controlled by the strings of indoctrination and fear. You have been lied to and you have bought the lie and you are wearing it brazenly.

I still beg to differ, on your assertion that Christianity is a religion.

'CHRISTian', is one who BEHAVES like Christ. Nothing else makes one a Christian, in the real sense.

If one claims he worships God and Jesus Christ, and does not behave like Christ, he or she is a Christ-worshipper, not Christian.

How can one behave like Christ? Love God, and Love your neighbor.

Jesus chose to be poor-
