Swine unit:
The swine unit is located few meters after the sheep and goat unit.the housing system used is the intensive method in which there are two pens with one being used to take care of sick pigs while the other is used in normal production.
Daily management practices are;
★ Cleaning and washing of pen which is done with broom, packer and water to wash
★ Feeding of animals with concentrate feed they can also be given cassava peels as supplement and supply of water for bathing and drinking
★ Checking the welfares of the animals
★ Attending to the sick ones
★ Record keeping
Occasional management practices are;
★ Checking for heat signs in both males and the females
★ Mating of animals both pen and hand mating
★ Medications on occasional bases
★ Helping weak animals to give birth
★ Farrow practices and weaning practices
Castration of male animals that are not selected for breeding
Functions
It used to generate income to farm when the animals are been sold for pork or lard. They also have short generation period which helps generate income within short period.

Sheep and Goat unit.
The sheep and goat unit is located few meters after the beef and cattle unit, there are three pens in which two are of use, there are over 10 goats and 10 sheep in this unit which includes kids and lambs and and the housing system used in this unit is the intensive system.
Daily management practices are;
★ Cleaning and washing of the pen: this is done in other to prevent the goats and the sheep’s from diseases.
★ Feeding of animals with concentrate and forages which is fed twice daily
★ Checking the welfares of the animals
★ Taking daily record: Taking records help in keeping on top of production, feeding, and profitability, they also ensure you're meeting food safety and traceability requirements.
Occasional management practices
★ Administered of drugs for sick and animal that just give birth
★ Checking for heat sign: This is done to ensure peak productivity in terms of giving birth.
★ Mating of the animals (pen mating or natural mating)
★ Helping the weak animals to give birth

Functions
They help to generate income and help in managing input because they have the ability to feed on forages.

There are about 12 cattles in this unit and they include cow, two service bulls and calves. The housing method is semi intensive.

★ Taking the animals for a work round the pen
★ Checking the welfares of the animals
★ Taking record

Occasional management practices
★ Checking for sign of heat in the animals
★ Checking for pregnancy
★ Helping the animals while giving birth
★ Administered of drugs to sick animals, pregnant animals and calves
★ Weaning of calf muscle
★ Establishment and management of paddock plot
★ Cleaning of pen surroundings

Step Three: Gain Work Experience

Step Two: Earn a Master’s Degree
An MSN or other postgraduate degree is a requirement for becoming a nurse educator. MSN programs build on the broad education of a bachelor’s degree and focus on a single practice area, such as nurse practitioners, certified nurse anesthetists, and nurse educators. Students learn scientific theories and concepts as well as innovative approaches to the management of health care and enhanced health care.

For students exploring how to become a nurse educator, the education path is as follows:
